The room was dirty , and they let me stay in it for two Days The reception staff specially the lady called Hnin were rude , she only cared about money, she charged me triple than the agreed amount, stating that there are no rooms left despite that I requested extension The music sounds from the bar at 1sr floor will not let you sleep

The manager was nice , he tried his best to please me, by offering me upgrad. But the staff were rude in such a way that i can not tolerate

The place is super dirty. I don't know how the hotel has such a high rate here. The carpet in the room looks terrible. The curtains are covered with all kind of stains. Some light bulbs were missing. The bed linen was full of stains and hair. When I called at reception and asked to change bedding, someone from the hotel workers came (he didn't even introduce himself), checked everything and told me that it's normal to have stains on the linen. With hair! Normal! I insisted to change the bedding, they did it of course, but obviously didn't like it. When I was checking out from this nightmare, they held me for 10 mins on reception while we're checking the room, to make sure I didn't spoil anything there. That's ridiculous. The smell of cigarettes is very strong and it's everywhere in the corridors and even in the nnon-smoking room. There's no soundproof. You can easily hear how neighbors are slamming the doors on the same floor.

Unfortunately it is really noisy on the weekends due to the nightclub. As a female solo travel I didnt feel comfortable with the other guests. May it was also because of the weekend.

It was a good stay and the staff is super friendly. They even walked me to restaurants to make sure I would find them. The pool is also good and clean. From 8am until 12pm it is for women only. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Almost everything. Really weird neighbourhood, a lot of strangers just sitting outside the hotel and staring at you it was really uncomfortable to get around with family, Metro is just 5 minutes walk but as I mentioned that five minutes will be very uncomfortable if you are with family. Lobby is smoked and you feel it as soon as you enter the hotel, there is a club inside the building and in some rooms music can be heard, carpets in the rooms are dirty, they have problems with towels as you have to ask all the time for the towel they gave just one towel per room.

The pub/bar in M-Floor and the consequences from it. Also, there seems to be lot of foul things going on, strictly not preferable for family. It will be so embarrassing while crossing the lobby and lifts, especially at nights. Ground floor lobby was with heavy cigarette smoke. Swimming pool wasn’t working. Bedroom carpets were not clean. Soundproofing is bad, the late night club woofer beats are audible upto 6th floor even if all the doors are shut.

Staffs/Room service were polite and good. Wifi was good. Parking facilities are good.
