Pingpong table is set up an inconvenient manner. They really should put a net or relocate so the ball doesn't have to fall all the way down to lobby.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Location is nearby tourist attractions and the city. Has nearby grocery shops for quick snacks and cooking ingredients.

Wifi struggled, which is expected as it is shared with guests. Had trouble working online, had to use sim card when necessary

Great place to stay, location good for food and mosque, swimming pool and gym and sauna/steam. Little touches are the best, going extra mile with cleaning, even washing dishes we have in sink, putting juices and dates to eat with chai in the communal area, a mini games room on top floor. Loved our 2 weeks there.

Rooms had curtains falling down, hit water was like warm , sofa bed was a lounge with a sheet , staff couldn’t understand you except for reception staff . Breakfast had 5 staff yet item missing always coffee bread fruit , had to ask and then there was a 10 min wait . In brief stay away

Wifi connectivity in rooms is critically low could not use smart tv at all . Foul smell from the kitch sink throughout stay If cleaners knock and you say I’m by the time you arrive at the door they are gone. Toilet paper rolls are perhaps the smallest i’ve ever seen.

Starting from check in the room was not ready awaited little long but they provide nice room. housekeeping staff especially Sita and Shital was excellent their service was very good 👍 security gaurd and bell desk service was good. overall the stay was excellent and highly recommended for further stay. hope to see and stay their again. thankyou Regards Uttam

The lack of professionalism and customer service from the housekeeping staff.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and it was ok for the price. The staff specifically the front desk and security were very professional and very polite. The housekeeping staff was the opposite. Every time I asked or needed something, we were met with very unpleasant attitudes and everything from getting an extra towel or to clean the room was a hassle. My room was never cleaned unless I did it myself. When I would ask for them to come and redo it, it was still barely done to the point I just stopped asking. The room was spacious and provided us the comfort we needed for an extended stay so that was a plus. The pots and pans were not cleaned upon arrival and one of the burners did not work so that was frustrating. Room did have a very old odor. The pool closes way too early as it is very hot in Qatar so we only went one time because the pool hours are in the heat of the day. Overall, it was ok. If I ever need an extended stay, I would only go back due to the price, not the amenties.

It was a pleasure time staying in the hotel until I had a disappointing moment while one of the security members stopped me, disrespectfully, in the middle of the receptionist area only to tell the dress (a traditional dress) that I was wearing is not allowed to wear it in the hotel (out side the room). I approached the receptionist asking about it. And asked about the terms and conditions in the hotel, which is mentioned that the traditional dress which i was wearing is not allowed in the hotel? And the answer was NONE. There were no such terms and conditions in the hotel mentioned that.. well, this is very disappointing to me, and that was insulting me since it was a traditional dress in my country..

Overall, it was very nice, and my family enjoyed staying at the hotel. The design of the room is very nice.
