How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

You have to be careful before you book it mentions an ocean view but when you reach there they give you a city view and when you argue they show another option with a sea view suite with a higher price. breakfast is very limited however you will enjoy the coffee machine :)

The breakfast was not that good, they served me the pancakes and it was raw from the inside and not cooked well, they changed it after I highlighted the issue, also the room they gave my brother was not clean and everything was thrown everywhere which was really bad, they changed his room after he complained.
I liked the location and the friendly staff especially Hind she helped us a lot in our stay we really appreciate her and her hospitality.

Everything else, the beds aren't comfortable, the lobby is gloomy and rooms too. I have booked for four nights and had to check out two nights earlier.

Everything else, definitely not a 5 star hotel residence, poor amenities, poor hygiene, poor cleaning, sewerage odor on our floor which was 49th floor, staff entered the apartment to lean despite DND sign was on.

We had to request for basic necessities like bathrobes and water for the room. Also very limited activities offered in the hotel. No spa / massage / jacuzzi…
The nice spacious one bed apartment. The breakfast and dinner were lovely too.

We are celebrating birthday party and The Room is not Soundproof, They don't allow speaker, so they took it, but you can claim it after the check out.. but we still continue our party using the TV for music so, it's not that loud, however, the security came to our room 2x just to warn us to keep our voice down, because the room next to us keep hearing our laugh which is ridiculous, how can you celebrate in silence, and the worst part is, I booked 3BDR for 9 adults, and they only allow 6 people on the pool, we came per batch so 6 people first then the others could come after the fisrt batch is done, so we came after the first batch, the pool is empty, and they told us we already use the 6 person so we cannot enter again, i was like "OH MY GOD" I booked here because of the pool as well because it's on the higher floor and I am the one who's paying it, but they will not allow me., Good Thing the receptionist there make us an exception because the pool is dead empty. so i'm still grateful for all of the staff there.
I like the staff, they are very accommodating.. 10/10 for the service, the room is so clean and everything you need is there, you can bring oil and uncooked food only because the kitchen have everything, but for staying for birthday or any occasions, i don't think so.

The shower over baths leaked water all over the bathroom floor. There was a strange smell in the apartment.
The apartments were very big and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and staff outstanding. The breakfast was delicious with everything you could want. Great facilities include an indoor pool and fitness room.

The room service were informed to come back for performing the daily cleaning. However, never came back even though the cleaning signal was on. We approached the manager who was very rude and closed the line after saying that we put the room on standby, which never happened. The cleaning room came. However after an hour of phone call and dealing with a rude manager

We always been in Aleph for staycation but according to the staff their was sudden change of policy regarding usage of swimming pool, that you need to pay for a day pass in able to swim,thats what happen to my sister in law. Personally it was disheartening and was a big surprise.

1.No early check-in, I stayed in the car waiting 3 hours with my kids , the refuse to upgrade me free I expose my issue to 2 managers without any concern from them ( care of customers not priority for them I will never back again ) 2. Not well decorated, it just seems that they were on budget. Tiles are all the same from hallway to suites to bathroom and rooms. constructions around the hotel. very noisy, no soundproof. weak staff communication, they don’t answer calls!

we were not allowed to stop the car in the shaded area (basement) because our stay was for 2 nights. We requested a blanket at 1 a.m and recieved it 3 a.m after physically going to the reception
