United StatesProperty is aging. Rooms look worn out. Cleanliness could be better. At night, the clubs on the uppermost levels were playing thumping music. A light sleeper would be very annoyed.
Great location and lively hotel. We walked around the area quite a bit while staying here. The area is jam packed with hotels -- all empty. At night, the area feels like a ghost town. And this is in Feb when the weather is very pleasant. We were fortunate that we were at a hotel that was very lively. We happened to be sitting in the lobby waiting for a friend and we were able to entertain ourselves just by people watching.

United KingdomThe room was supposed to be a diplomatic suite - pictures on the hotel site were not representative of the room we got. Room was basic, poorly decorated and looked dated and a bit shabby. There was a sofa but no chairs - we asked for two and got them. The TV didn’t work - an engineer came in and fixed up a connection to YouTube Electric kettle cable was suspending an extension block in mid air - not safe Some sockets didn’t work Dangerous step into bathroom, no warnings We both tripped on it.
Not much to be honest. There were a few issues but staff did respond quite quickly to help resolve them

United StatesCould still use work on cleaniless. Bedsheets and comforter felt stale. Staff though were trying to be helpful weren't communicating well. For instance when you check in they took my passports and just said have a seat and wait. For how long? No one tells you unless you go and ask again. Also not sure why why are waiting and for what. Also the main lobby had mosquitos. This maybe out of their control but worth noting, however I don't count this against you.

I frequent this hotel as it suit my business needs. Cant give a view on family or friends view point. Rooms are reasonably good, breakfast is o.k. and location for me is fine. Staff overall are good and friendly.
