When we checked in, we were given a wrong key and almost ended up in a stranger's room. Once we were in our room, we had to ask for a second towel as there wasn't one in the room. The shower head holder was broken. Not all lamps worked. At breakfast we were told that we had to pay extra although we had booked it already. This problem was resolved after a few minutes. No milk alternatives or lactose free milk. The room / air con smelled a little weird in the beginning. So, not a 5 star experience but still a good choice for a stay in Doha.

Overall, the hotel is clean and a good place to stay at. The room is big, the bed is comfortable. Check-in in the middle of the night was possible. The breakfast buffet is tasty. The location is great to get from/to the airport. The metro station (red line) is in front of the hotel, as well as a supermarket. An Uber to the city was about 10 QAR, one to the airport 20 QAR. We had to check out very early to catch our flight and were given a take away breakfast at 5am. There is free water, coffee and tea in the room. Staff is nice. Shout out to Timothy who is such a sunshine of a person and helped us during times of chaos.

The cleanliness and amenities were not up to 5 star standards. I would expect face towels and bath robes, as well as nice quality room slippers. Even in the sauna and jacuzzi area there are no bathrobes available.

All staff was very helpful and friendly. They prepared special decorations on the bed and offered a fruit platter for our honeymoon. They have an environment friendly policy regarding the washing of linens and towels which is also very nice.

Im tall (189 cm) the bath length wasnt enough for me. Technically its possible to extend the bath length as far as it exists free space between the current bath and the wall.

Im not the first time book this hotel, its really brilliant! The news is the metro station recently was opened near the hotel which made very cheap and convenient to approach the hotel and depart from to different part of the city or the airport,

Not much around the hotel to see, do or buy. It’s a (short) taxi ride anywhere.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was below par especially the reception area, it was so dull and wasn't giving a nice first impression.

The cleanliness and eagerness of the staff to clear the room daily no matter if you have asked for it or not. In general the breakfast was also good, and staff was friendly.

the toiletries.. there's only 1 big towel. The security guard and maintenance knocking our door when they can just call us through the phone line at 4 or 5am in the morning where my kids are sleeping and we are actually on our bed.

The TV was not working, and I do not know if you can use streaming services there. The view from the window was not pleasant.

The swimming pool is very clean and good if the weather is good, I also liked the SPA center. The room is clean and comfortable.
