Clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast and classic buffet dinner (some days had to choice a la carte = great taste). Small clean and deep pool with fully equipped gym.

Staff should be more friendly , I reached early morning and I requested for early check in but the staff in reception rejected while I know that they can arrange, charged me for extra bed without requesting that and when I asked him why extra amount charged he told me extra bed , and he started arranging for that. Breakfast needs more kind of foods abd need to consider the quantity and to refill when needed, when we came to restaurant most of breakfast food was not available. No isolation in hotel and no control on other guests behavior some families kept their children in the corridor without control in early morning bothering the guests in early morning , also dome construction beside the hotel i couldn’t sleep well in this hotel

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. Parkade was given away for free.

The TV is not connected to the internet. The room does not have a mat on the floor. Some noise in the back side of the construction work in the morning.

I don't like the old smells of the carpet in the room. The teabag in the buffet is not packed. The staff in the dining room need little training for SOP of the buffet area. They need to be attentive in taking out plates on the table. But they are polite.

The room is spacious and clean. Safe and peaceful hotel. I like their international tv channels and the big screen. The international breakfast buffet is a delicious and spacious place to eat. Accommodative and polite staffs. Room service is fast..

Please improve in behavior of some person's especially Mr. GAMAL, teach them how to behave in a professional, polite and welcoming way, and teach your cook that he should do work without anxiety, he was so anxious and he was unable to make simple French toast in a efficient despite telling him how to make, for my baby, just teach cook firstly that he should not be anxious, and be relax, he looks worried so please solve his problems if he has any problems and teach him how to make good French toast, and teach Mr GAMAL to become more polite and welcoming. One lady in breakfast gall was awesome and one boy arayan was super cool at breakfast hall and one other guy who was at Billing counter at breakfast hall was also great. Receptionists were also cool and welcoming, and one guy Irfan at receptionist was super cool and two security staff / guards who was at the main gate were awesome ( two Black guys / guards, we don't know the names) , were super awesome. Overall stay was good, just teach Mr GAMAL to improve more and teach cook of breakfast hall to relax and welcoming first and then teach him to make good French toast. Please don't do any thing specifc to guy's, just teach them to improve more, stay blessed all.

Hotel was a bit old but well maintained It had carpets it gives old touch, but the room was clean, they provided us the room with city view which was a plus. Breakfast was very good

Location is great, next to a metro stop for the airport and centre. Staff are super professional and helpful. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The pool area is nice. Not too badly priced for Doha.

No pool for kids , deduct more from my card extra currency difference . I ask to extend but unfortunately they said the double charges. Staff behaviour was super Mr rehmat hussain , Mr jamal etc

It was quite close to a metro station. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided reliable and affordable airport transport (they seem to have their own drivers).
