I would suggest to include room refrigerators instead of mini bar for cooling purposes.

Another Wonderful Stay at Dusit Hotel This was my 10th visit to Dusit Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Bridget at the reception, whose hospitality truly made us feel at home. Her professionalism and kindness set the perfect tone for our stay. The hotel's elegance and well-maintained facilities continue to impress us. From the beautifully designed interiors to the top-notch amenities, everything contributes to a luxurious and comfortable experience. Location: The location of the Hotel is very convenient. There is a mall 5 mins walk from the property and there are restaurants easily accessible in the area. I found the hotel easily accessible by uber and had no problems, most attractions are within 10 - 15 mins away by uber. Facilities: The room and bathroom is very spacious and modern. The room had a fridge, ironing board, kettle with tea/coffee facilities. Bed was large and comfortable. I visited the spa and had a lovely relaxing time in the Hot Tub and Sauna. The pool is at the rooftop and beautiful ambiance as well. Cleaning: Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The hotel was generally clean. Breakfast: I had breakfast included in my package and the breakfast was very good. There was a variety of choice each day and the food was tasty. Overall, I had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and always ready to assist. I would like to say thank you to Pearl from reception who helped me with a very quick and smooth check in as I arrived at 2AM in the morning. And a massive thank you to the Dusit Doha Team who made my stay comfortable.

Basically everything: the rooms, restaurants, spa, lobby etc are top notch. Additionally the hotel is located in West bay, one of the coolest areas in Doha. The personnel were so nice and attentive to us so I have not a single bad comment about my experience in Dusit

We did have a couple of issues mainly there was some confusion on whether or not we wanted to have our room cleaned daily, but that was quickly ironed out thanks to the team. The windows do need a good clean however, and I did feel our check in was a bit quick - we weren’t told where the facilities were and we had to ask about breakfast. Because of this, we missed that there was a spa but I look forward to trying that next time!

This hotel, for us, was located in the perfect place! Shopping mall just a few steps away, and just a short taxi drive to attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Steve - who always made sure we were always happy and comfortable. Every single person was professional and warm. We were allowed to check out later than usual which helped us big time, and the beds were huge and comfortable. Even the gym had everything you need! The hotel and rooms were always very clean.

Dusit Hotel and Dusit Hotel and Suites are about two blocks apart, very easy to mix-up when arranging an Uber.

I highly recommend this hotel group for their incredible service and attention to detail. Kareema and Ramesh at breakfast truly stood out with their personal care. They ensured that my son, who has a nut allergy, had safe alternatives and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the service was warm and attentive. Joseph and his colleague, the cleaners, did a fantastic job maintaining the rooms and even made sure we had extra coffee when we asked. The hotel itself is ideally located in the center of Doha, making it convenient to explore. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and comfortable, perhaps a little too large for us, but perfect for families. On our last day, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my extended stay as my family had already left. The receptionist (apologies, I forgot his name but he was from Egypt) even personally called the taxi and helped with my luggage, making me feel truly valued. If you have the time do relax in the Jacuzzi with its hot and ice cold showers, sauna and steam room. This hotel group knows how to make guests feel special. Thank you for your hospitality! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

There is no fridge in the room, only cooler to maintain temperature at 15 C There is no coffee machine in the room. The housekeeping service could use some improvement.

Overall good hotel, but needs a refurb. My main problem with all hotel rooms is the lack of hooks in the hallway for coats, but more importantly for wet towels in the bathroom. This hotel did not dissapoint. Only 1 hook in the bathroom and none in the hallway/entrance!!! Why? Bedroom - Wallpaper was coming of the wall. Lampshades loose. Bathroom lighting very poor. In fact 1 bulb not working. Windows need a clean. I suspect they were due to be cleaned unfortunately we stayed and couldn't see the outside world very clearly.

Location of hotel is excellent. Close to malls, beach, offices, etc.... Good spa (not mixed though), but gym is? Pool great location on the 31st floor, with fantastic views. Breakfast good and evening meal in the ballroom (it was Ramadan) was good. Helpfullness of the staff, in all areas.
