From the moment I arrived , I knew I was in for a treat. The lobby was beautifully designed, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room exceeded all of my expectations. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and decorated with a tasteful, modern flair. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a wonderful night's sleep after each full day of exploring. The bathroom was well-appointed, with high-quality fixtures and thoughtful amenities. The hotel's breakfast offerings were a particular highlight. The selection was extensive, featuring a wonderful array of both local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared. I looked forward to starting each day with a delicious and satisfying meal in the bright and airy dining area. The hotel's other facilities were equally impressive. The spa was a true oasis of relaxation, with a range of treatments and services that left me feeling rejuvenated. The pool area was beautifully landscaped, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the attention to detail and the incredible service provided by the staff. From the housekeepers to the concierge, every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was exceptional. The hotel's location was also a major draw. Set in a stunning natural area with direct beach access, the surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby trails and taking in the stunning coastal views. Overall, my 3-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Our stay was perfect. We got a free upgrade from junior to premier suite for all of our 3 rooms. Special thanks to Reinchen, she was very friendly and helpful. This was my 5th time to stay in Dusit, and it will not be the last.

Now it's summer time we occasionally need more time inside the pool which the limited time needs to extend more than 8 pm closing and too late for 8 am opening.

The ambiance and the whole room package is awesome, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

The hotel is very nice, being located in West Bay. I loved the pool on the top floor, from where you can admire the whole city. The breakfast is very good and you have a lot of choices. The room is well equipped, with the latest generation features. The employees were very welcoming and happy to answer your questions and check if my stay was excellent.

I'm submitting this review a bit later, but I stayed on June 4th 2024 celebrating my birthday. And my stay was perfect in all aspects 😍 the staff were so friendly and sweet, sent me a birthday cake to my room and also were kind enough to give me a late check out 😊. I wish I saved the front desk staff names to thank them by names, but everyone was really sweet, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and I will come again soon for a staycation.

did not really have much coming up to mind, would be great if we had more time to explore the vicinity, we enjoyed the facilities so nothing particular that stood out.

The stay exceeded expectations, enjoyed the beautiful room and what it offered for our short stay. Staff was friendly and assisted with keeping the baggages after check out, overall it was an enjoyable stay and will recommend to our friends and family.

The room service to clean the room once requested in the morning, they didn’t arrive even after 4 hours which resulted that we go and ask the receptionist to arrange to clean the room. Whenever we requested any towels or delivery to the room, it took a lot of time to receive. The Ladies Salon at the hotel included men staff for hair only and no femails staff ! Which was weird having that we are a Muslim society and there should be ladies dealing with women customers.

The hotel was organized and all toilets had bath tub with a view 😍 The room size was excellent and spacious.

If I am going to nitpick will be the pillows. They are not fluffy.

The room with the modern design, with bathtub as well. The free access to amenities like swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Staff are very nice.
