Only negative is the lighting, it can be brighter especially for doing your make up! Other than this there’s no other criticism at all.

My stay at the Dusit was beyond my expectations! Such a beautiful clean luxury hotel located in the heart of West Bay which was perfect for us, we had absolutely no issues with staff or the quality of our room. All staff were super friendly and polite and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and a variety that changed every day, it was delicious! Our room was so clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view, After a couple of days we were upgraded to a junior suite which was just perfect with flowers and a towel display on our bed and petals in the bath.. it felt like pure luxury! Such a nice touch to the experience and when I do visit Doha again I will definitely stay at the Dusit and have already recommended the hotel to family. The pool was great and lit up at night which was very cool. The staff at the pool area were so friendly and lovely to speak to, the customer service is the best I’ve seen yet. For the price you pay you certainly get more for your money! Brilliant hotel and can’t wait to come back soon!!

The reviews about the Shower is true it needs an update bec almost half the bathroom gets wet after a shower. And it will be quite slippery when someone is not careful.

The Staff were very accomodating and our room was upgraded to a Suite. Breakfast was wonderful set aside the fact that there were international players booked during that time. The entire stay was great just enough for us to recharge ready for the new days ahead. Special thanks to Ms Hanne Roset the Duty Manager at that time.

One female receptionist is a bit rude. I would like to suggest that at least to acknowledge guest if they approach the reception. Its kinda busy during that time but still she can do it better with grace and kindness.

We do love the ambiance when you enter the hotel. The room was great. Well kept and clean. The view from our room is spectacular. Were able to used the spa facilities. Sauna its a must. Also the jacuzzi and the steam. Food for breakfast is ok Overall it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Would like to thank Steven from Reception. And Fatima & Ariane From Antoinette Restaurant for our breakfast. They are very courteous and welcoming. 👏👏👏 Kudos to all the team and management.👍👍👍

We requested our bags to be delivered after check-in, but it took 30mnts without the bags being delivered. I then went to reception to find out when they will deliver the bags, and the bags were just standing in reception behind the desk. Staff need to be more proactive on this front.

We were very fortunate to be upgraded to the suite, which was lovely and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of West Bay, opposite Doha City Centre Mall. The breakfast spread was one of the highlights, and many types of food are available such as live cooking for eggs, bakery confectionaries, cereals and a pancake station. Curtains in toilets were broken and cant be fixed dur to engine issue.. the kettle wasn't heating the water well and the wall socket is making electrical sounds which is an indication of something wrong. I informed the front desk to get things fixed while I'm out to not waste time, it was befor 10 am.. I cam back at around 2 pm nothing has happened. I spoke to the manager and wxplained the situation and he gave me a suite as a compensation. Hotel in general is dilapidated and needs to be maintained very well after the event of world cup.
