O reserve rooms for 2 adult and 1 kids with Breakfast and same other room for 2 adult and 1 kids with breakfast bit they tell me you reserve for only 1 per room for breakfast ???

There are a lot of maintenance around the hotel Bad smell in the bathroom even it is clean There was a wall in the bathroom when I made check had a big piece of chocolate Some times there is smell of cooking in the entire lobby

A very nice hotel. All services are available and fast. The answer is I want to repeat this experience again. The employee, (Gulshan, )is very helpful. They provided us with a lot of help and good service. The breakfast is very good.

at 1pm i did check out and valet parking staff they lost my car key until 4 pm i was setting in lobby nothing happened! even the management they didnt offer me single cup of coffee or water. still they didnt find the key. last night i asked the receptionist to give me a Face Mask she said its finished. again today i asked them same answers i got. however all of the staff they have face mask and they refused to give me only one. one of the worst experiences that i had from hotels in my staying in this hotel.

I wouldn’t consider these as issues but minor inconvenience if you are traveling with kids. As adults it’s a fabulous property. Level of the pool… not very kid friendly… Lowest level is 0.70m. (I think) The door connecting the pool to the kids club wasn’t practical because people kept walking in and out of the pool to the kids club to use the toilets… which made the kids club area very dirty .. No YouTube on the TV Some facilities that were mentioned on the TV under the facilities tab were not available, e.g there was a babysitting service mentioned but when I called they informed it wasn't available at this property.

Soundproof rooms .. I had 2 kids who were making so much noise but fortunately there were no complaints.. Ample lighting options in the room. Bathroom architecture made so much sense. Comfortable beds Perfect location Good food Polite and helpful staff

my stay was excellent, nothing to complain about. However I would like to add that I had to wait for about 45min to receive my luggage upon check out

The hotel service was very poor they made me wait 40 minutes because the room is not ready even though the check in was at 3:00pm and I went 4:40pm and they made me enter the room .at 5:30 Finally, any mistake from the hotel, the customer must be compensated. When they made me enter the room 5:30 the checkout is supposed to be 5:30, or an amount of money must be paid for this mistake, because we pay an amount when we book.

- no coffee machine only kettle (mentioned in the description there’s coffee machine) when i asked them for the coffee machine they said we only provide for suites. but they provide it to me in the end. - bathroom not cleaned - carpet of floor level 5 is dirty - bathroom drain is not working sufficient (shower filled with water, sink also) - a/c is too loud

Nothing! Except the server in the restaurant when we had breakfast she is quite snubbish when we ask for a cold milk and said they are close already.

The hotel is so cozy, clean and new, pool is nice, all the staff is attentive and helpful from receptionist to housekeeping, special mention to Grace for giving us late check out. Foods in the breakfast is superb. Recommended and definitely will be back here again.
