Dining area for the breakfast could be bigger, hard to find a table and breakfast items are very limited. Quality of the food & drinks are not the best.

The shower cubicle needs something to stop water from flowing out and wetting the whole bathroom. The glasses put in the dishwasher to clean but no soap was added by housekeeping so they were still dirty.

Close to centre, City Mall is a few minutes walk, we walked to Corniche too, it was 10 minutes. Hotel breakfast was a nice selection. Hotel is spacious, modernised and clean. A beautiful Masjid is opposite the hotel.

There was garbage and food tray on the corridor for days (throughout my 3 day stay). An appalling view and odour. Even after speaking to staff about it, no action was taken to remove rubbish.

The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very welcoming and ready to help with any requests. The breakfast was good as well with a good variety to choose from. In terms of location, it is very close to a number of beaches and also a mall. There are plenty of car park spaces for the hotel . The room has full kitchen facilities and a washing machine if needed.

The hot water wasn’t that hot for one of the showers but it was still decent.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were super friendly. I came with my mother and aunty and cousin and it was such a beautiful experience. From the sauna to the staff it was such a welcoming stay. The location is great and close by to everything including the beaches. Would come back here again!

Water in the bathrooms wasn’t very warm / bordering on cold. Maybe that was just our room. There was a small leak around the hand shower but they fixed this quickly.

Good location. Directly opposite West Bay Jamia mosque. Not too far from City Mall. Most attractions are within 5-25 minute Uber rides. Hotel very clean. Our room (two bedroom) was very spacious with good city views. Everything you would need (except maybe a tumble dryer) was in the room. Ample USB ports for charging. Good WiFi. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was nice and warm and enjoyed by kids. Housekeeping was daily and of a good standard. Staff were all friendly.

As hotel is new some small issues like in the bathroom still exist but can be neglected.

Quality of the rooms and location are perfect. Highly suggested for families. You may stay like you are at home. Washing machine, big refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave oven, cutlery, pans is in the room. Partial sea view is also nice. Hote manager Mr.Victor is also very helpful and highly interested. Very close to City Center Mall for daily needs and other shopping activities. Internet is very fast and there are APs in every room so reception is guaranteed.

Had taken a 2 bedroom apartment. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. Perfect place to spend quality time with family. Kids loved the pool. The staff were very curteous and helpful. The variety in breakfast is the only thing i feel they can improve on. Otherwise, it is highly recommended.
