Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Saudi ArabiaWhen I checkout I forgot my ear phone for mobile. I called the hotel asking if they have my ear phone,they said we checked your room before you left and nothing there then they told me will double check and came back to me and said they found it and ask to to come to reception and take it.I came back to the hotel asking for my ear phone, the receptionist ask to wait and i waited for a a while then I asked a gain the receptionist he said will call them a gain ,then I asked for the manager and complain ,first when they checked the room upon me checking out why they did not told me a bout my ear phone, his answer people forget abd told me a story about something happened in the hotel and how they dealt with it.and said is soory to keep me waiting up to this point they did not get my ear phone .At this moment I left the hotel without my ear phone. This is really annoying the way they handle my case.I wish this complaint reach to the owner of the hotel

QatarWe were expecting we will be booked connecting rooms since we are couple with 3 kids but we were booked a room apart hence me and my wife always needs to go out of our room just to check the kids on the other room. We hope there would be more conencting rooms available.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Although the bidet on our unit is broken but it doesn't ruin our experience.

Malls are easily accessible from the location. The staff is very hospitable & efficient and they are ready to help in every possible way. 5 Stars rating for a 5 star hotel. :)

Ezdan Palace hotel is fantastic. We stayed in the Premium suite it was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of options and staff members have always been helpful.
