Had to ask for room supplies like coffee and water.

The hotel was glamorous. The staff were very friendly. The pool was great. The 500 meter walk to the museum and the metro was doable in the extreme heat. From there you could get anywhere in Doha with an affordable day ticket in the cool of the underground.

The music at the pool was very loud The normal / standard apartments are very basic, do not expect to much! The bigger apartments are very nice, with good views! So spend more money and you won’t regret it!

Ask for the menu if you need to eat there as it can be very expensive for a toasty sandwich and coffee. 105.= aud approx 45 . They did bring me a nice fruit platter and toast in the morning as I told them I was very shocked at the prices and would never pay that if I knew beforehand and ask for the menu first.

please offer a buffet lunch or dinner service as well as breakfast in future because the food was exceptional and we would have preferred to eat at the comfort of our hotel instead of ordering elsewhere from talabat.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Big room and bathroom with bath. Coffee machine and microwave. Good aircon. Nice gym. We’re able to pay for extra late checkout for evening flight.

The manager of the shisha lounge was rude and unaccommodating.

The breakfast was a 3/10, my room was really old even though it had a great view, the tv was really old , the tv didn't have wifi, & the general hotel wifi was a 3/10 as well, some of the light switches weren't working, the tap in the bathroom wasn't working properly as well, it was too hot and there was no balance.

The view was great, their facilities were nice and there wasn't too much noise at all. The room was also clean with everything I needed. staff were friendly

There is no way to pull up in front of the place to take bags out and get in because people are always parked there. The swimming hours are not good, it says closes at 9 and kick you out at 8. Overall it's a nice place for a large family but definitely not a 5 star place

Effective air conditioning but quite noisy, needed to turn it off to sleep. It had cooled the room well, (40 degrees outside) and it was a comfortable temperature overnight with air con off for sleeping. No free airport transfers.

Great room, good view over Doha. Helpful staff, good breakfast, room large, clean and comfortable, good free wifi. Great pool, with cool water, lovely and refreshing. Wednesday is ladies day in the pool, so we needed to swim before 9am which was not a problem. 10 min walk (in 45 degrees Celsius temp) to the Qatar National Museum. Exceptional building and good displays, allow approx 3 hrs to view exhibition, recommend a visit. Hotel approx 15 min -20 min by taxi from airport.

The location is great. Between Airport and old town which can be reached by walking. The hotel offers nice rooms. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the nince design and layout of the room.

I ordered a airport pick-up, but he did not show up. Don’t use the airport pick-up because they charge 150 QAR and a regular taxi only costed me 44 QAR. Also, the pool was not available on wednesday because of ladies day.
