Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I thought the location close to major museums was to me important. Walking distance to both the Muesum of Islamic Art and the National Museum. The price of the room was very reasonable. The room was spacious and bathroom very clean and modern. I also liked arriving and going up to the top floor for a swim before dinner. Would definitely stay there again.

United KingdomThe mosque nextdoor has morning call for prayer (like singing) around 430am, very loud, waked me up early morning, but not sure it is just during Ramadan.
Very clean and spacious. Every staff is friendly and helpful. Good location, less than 10mins walk to national museum and metro stop. Take metro day pass (very cheap) and can easily get around other attractions.

Saudi ArabiaThe streets in the hotel location are narrow, there is no view from the rooms, irrigation water drainage is poor and slow, and the room phone does not work. I do not recommend booking with breakfast, as there is no open buffet, but rather bread, butter, jam, juice, eggs, and tea or coffee.
The location is close to the central area and Souq Waqif. The room is clean and a good size. The worker smiled

KazakhstanThe noises of doors opening and shutting down in the hall may be irritating for those who get disturbed easily.
The hotel does not provide a buffet breakfast... and the paid option is not good... I suggest going elsewhere for dining. Overall, the hotel is very good for its price. If you are going to sleep only and do more sightseeing it's a nice place to be.
