Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

QatarFirstly, the staff were mostly rude. we were asked very rudely by the front desk receptionist, before anything to pay fully and with extra 500 qar as insurance just in case we consumed anything from the mini bar. she didn’t even give us a receipt by the amount payed (the full residency payment+ the insurance) until we demanded, her way of asking made us feel suspected and that we have to pay in advance because we’re for some unknown reason untrustworthy!!! upon the checkout, another arabic man was at the front disk, when my husband handed him the keys, the man’s first and last words were “ have u used anything from the mini bar?? my hisband replied “no”, the man took the key and said we will check. we waited for a long time with our child who was really tired and no one talked to us until we went back to the front dest to ask, we met a receptionist called “veronica” who was the only nice professional person in the reception of this place and who is trying to clean up after her other colleagues obviously. she apologized and was calm and professional and helped us to finish finally and go. Secondly, the room was smelling too bad, we didn’t notice that at first as there was a fresh smell of air freshener, but at noght when we came back to the room the smell of damp was all around the room and it was catastrophic in bed, obviously the sheets weren’t well dried before putting on bed, we tried to call the reception but no one answered. we slept in the smelly bed out of exhaustion and woke up all smelly. again when i went to the front desk to tell them in the morning “Veronica” was there and she was understanding and could calm me down.
the pool was nice, despite the very hot weather, the location of the pool give it shaded areas which makes the weather very much bearable while you are in it. the pool par guy was very nice and helpful. the staff in the breakfast buffet were attentive and nice. and the guy who helped us with the luggage was so kind.

United StatesTo start with never ever ever ever take your family to stay in this hotel because as much as you plan to make your family a phenomenal trip, this hotel will screw your plans. So this what happened for a family of 7 people who drove for 5 hours to doha from Saudi: 1- Waiting for 3 hours to check in. 2- Don't ask for extra blankets because you will wait and never get any. 3- One of the kids got skin allergies from the pool. 4 - In case you're staying at this hotel make sure that you leave with all of your bags. In check out the bags gay forgot to load in one bag in the car, and when we came back to ask about the bag and check the cameras they refused to show us. We had to spend a whole day to go back-and-forth to this hotel for 3 times and they were so uncooperative helpful in anyway. Next morning we receive a call from them saying sorry the bags man just forgot load in the bag. They just had to make the worst experience ever because they just did not want to check the cameras and check with the bags man and so uncooperative. In the end this hotel have the worst management and staff ever. And will never ever recommend this to anyone.

QatarI booked king room with ocean view during a promo, i booked it 2 months prior. Not only that it's clearly mentioned ocean view in the description, it has picture of the room with ocean view also but nooooooooo that's not what we got! I booked the room for Eid fitr holiday. We had to wait more than 1 hr in line for check in (standing), the lady in the reception apologize and mentioned that she will upgrade us to executive room instead. It was big, but only city view. We don't need big room, we want the ocean view. i called reception to insist on having what we originally booked, only they mentioned it's more expensive. like wth, i booked it during promo, it's rightfully ours. They' re are saying that we will still not have an ocean view even if they transfer us. i wasted time calling them. frustrating. On more thing, they didn't change the pillow case. we can clearly smell someone else' head there, yuck! had to call twice for them to change it. Sadly, either they are false advertising or just really take advantage and prioritize those people with more money.
