There was an initial mix up with our rooms, and although this was quickly rectified it was a little frustrating. We also thought our rooms smelled slightly of damp.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the location is brilliant for exploring Doha and for a quick trip to and from the airport. The facilities at the hotel were great - we particularly enjoyed the heated kids pool and having access to the beach. Breakfast was very good and had a range of options. Our dinner, room service, was very nice albeit expensive.

Not enough space around the pool - you have to be down before breakfast to get a sunbed/seat. The check-in and check-out was relatively slow and needs to be speeded up

The most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in, everything was perfect. The staff were all soo lovely especially the security guards, in particular Shamsi Uddin amd Wilson both got on so well with my husband and made us feel so welcomed and safe. The pool and private beach was amazing and the location of the hotel is perfect so close to everything and easy to get by

I particularly like the staff members by the pool. They were willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, Leo, for being a great swimming instructor. Thanks to everyone all the poolside, by the towel stand, at the spa etc

When booking you need to state whether you require a smoking or non-smoking room. This makes a big difference to your room allocation. We were not aware of this. The Manager however sorted the best he could - with thanks🙏

Hotel is outstanding… front reception /concierge staff extremely professional & most helpful. The breakfast was unbelievable, catering for everyone’s needs! I stayed at the Hilton Doha Diplomatic Area two years in a row. In 2023, I was very pleased with the comfort, great service and professionalism of the hotel staff, and the warmth which I was greeted with. In September 2024, my husband and I, returning back home from holiday, decided to stay at this hotel again. We travel a lot and have the opportunity to compare the level of service and comfort. Hilton Doha is the place that we will recommend to everyone. A huge thank to Jenny (front desk) for the warmth, care and everything she does. Jenny is a high-class professional and a person who made my stay at the hotel in 2023 as pleasant as possible. That is why a year later we came here already as a couple. And again Jenny greeted us as very dear guests and close friends. It was really very nice! I would also like to thank the restaurant staff, everyone who served us and say a big thank to Kodir. And of course I should mention the concierges and their assistants: It was so touching when they told me:: "You were here a year ago, right? They always made me smile. They are gorgeous people, they remember me. I really appreciate it! Thank you, Hilton Dona, all the hotel staff. You really make this world a better place. With love.

1. No safe in my room 2. Bathroom sliding doors are closed but small gap is remaining, need to have iverlappung wings 3: Lication is excellent if you need only sea and beach, but little bit far away from metro. 4: Coffee / tea variety in rooms
