Check in time very late compared to other hotels. 3pm. Request early check in but not available. The alley from the lift to the room smells unpleasant.

Excellent selection of breakfast options, exceptional service by staff at breakfast, particularly Majdouline, who couldn't have offered a better service, always ensuring our requirements were met fully. Spa facilities excellent too! Rooms were spacious and very well maintained and provided exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend and revisit

Hours prior to our check-in, i got a call from Mr. Ali informing me that the 4-bedrooms suite room was apparently not available and they offer us a good compensation for it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their manager, Ms. Anjela which was very professional and was offered an extra beds for free. I was greeted by Mr. Ali as well and was very welcoming and accommodating. When it comes to their service, I was very glad that when I requested for something they were gladly ready to help and provide our needs. I really had a great time staying here and for sure this is not the last. I will surely recommend this place to my friends.

We didn’t like how over 20 ladies walked in through the front door with inappropriate outfits to go up to the bar on floor 55. It was extremly rude and they should be given a door in the back or some place where young kids won’t see them walk in.

1. Kids club not been taken care of..no toys. My kids doesnt enjoy it 2. I booked 3 room executive suite in a hope will get a nice city view but apparently not. Been told by the counter lady that 3 room suite will face the Residential view instead of city view..so frustating since i bring my family from my hime country to enjoy the view of Doha during the night

The TV in our room was old - the bottom half of the screen looked grey when it was turned on! Pool got quite busy at times and felt small when crowded. I was disappointed that the room wasn’t tidied one day. We’d been out all day then got a knock on the door for housekeeping when we’d just got back at 4:30pm. I made sure that I called down when we were leaving every day after that!

Property was very nice and clean. Smelled lovely! Suite was huge! Pool was very nice. The staff were friendly. I was able to extend my stay so I wasn’t waiting at the airport for ages, which I was very grateful for.

The AC was on too high and I didn't know how to lower it. The carpet was a little dirty (stained).
