Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Indonesia1. I booked for a 3 BR apartment and has been confirmed by the "hotel" and "booking.com". My credit card has been charged for 1 night. But suddenly, a hotel staff called me and told me that the 3 BR is unavailable. I didn't accept it and I raised a complain. A Duty Manager called me, he spoke continuously without stop and not listen to me. This type of manager is not good, unacceptable for me and I am very disappointed (especially in IHG Intercontinental reputation). You should warn and re-train this Manager. At the end, I arrived at the hotel, met another Duty Manager (Ali from Jordan), he spoke nicely and able to solve the issue. Thank you to Ali. This type of Manager should be maintained and appreciated in IHG. 2. Valet drivers drive the car like a racer in the parking lot and drive the car in the opposite way (even though there is a clear sign). I and my family always parked our car by ourselves and we feel unsafe to walk from our car to the hotel door. I already informed reception and one supervisor regarding this, but I am not sure if the information has been passed. The repeat the same habit in the next day. They should be emphasized to guest safety in the parking lot. Ensure to brief them. 3. The glass windows are not clean. Not good clear view, even though the outside view are good from the room. 4. Wifi signal cannot cover the bedrooms. The wifi is only good in the living room.
