Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It’s very disappointing as we are big family with old people and children and I booked 2 big apartments, manager Angela explained that rooms were given to other families who arrived earlier and gave me two other rooms on different floors near construction! noisy and unprofessional manager and reception I will never stay or recommend this hotel ever as I faced annoying experience for first time in my travels.

Saudi Arabiathe check-in was very bad. very slow and the employee was taking too long talking to the other customer when she knew she is the only one available (9PM time) and I was the only one waiting (took around 15 mins for someone to step up and help even though he was standing and watching the while time). the bed mattress is the worst thing you could ever try!! I stayed for three nights and now I have horrible back pain. the sink takes a minute for the hot water to come so be prepared for the wait. if god forbids you wanted to call and ask for something expect a minute or two for someone to pickup the phone. also, the valet at one time forget that I asked for my car and thank god they did not lost it all together!

United Statesstaff unresponsive. multiple calls to concierge went unanswered. wrong name was on the room even though the confirmation number was correct, so I was consistently referred to as someone else, and when I raised the issue the wrong name remained until checkout. checked in at 1 pm, was never notified that my room was ready, at 6 pm I went and asked myself. was told bags would be in the room but they weren't, so I had to go back downstairs and retrieve them. May seem like minor concerns, but when you're staying at a 5 star hotel and are paying 5 star prices, and are told things will be a certain way, you do expect a certain level of service and care.

AustraliaIt was over the top regarding covid, proving vaccinations at every check point in the hotel after jumping through so many hoops just to get into the country. Getting a cab first thing in the morning was impossible. Relied on Uber.

The Hotel send us a message and promised providing a complementary cake. so i told my wife, she was excited but honestly they probably forgot about it. We didn't ask for this gesture but it makes us a bit disappointed. anyway, thanks Intercont for everything.
