Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomPossibly a little light entertainment for guests could be added on an evening which can be very quiet in the hotel unless you go into the Belgium bar which can be a little unpleasant due to the amount of smokers. Something we don’t experience as much in the uk for non smokers.
Fantastic friendly staff who keep the rooms and hotel spotlessly clean. Great location straight on to the beach which is very safe with multiple life guards. Food is excellent and the chefs are very good when it came to my wife’s nut allergy. Upgrading to a club room is definitely worth the extra cost with a superior room and access to the facilities of the club lounge .

Saudi ArabiaSome disadvantages like there is no proper and complete health club for hotel guests like other respectful hotels in the region. For example, no sauna & steam rooms, jacuzzi, etc. There is private SPA including all that but all services for extra payment. Also, at the swimming pools you can't leave 12 years old kid even he can swim, and even though there are life guards working all times. I was surprised that I pay for tea, coffee, and juice at dinner while my booking includes dinner. It's annoying that I register and sign every time I bring outside food with me. Another annoying disadvantage but it's very personal and can't be mentioned here.
Generally lovely and comfortable experience. Spacious rooms, very good restaurants, nice cafés, good swimming pool, relaxing private beach, and lovely staff from hotel door to house keeping.

FinlandWe loved almost everything about our stay! We really needed a hassle-free, relaxing time, and the environment created at this hotel was incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. A couple of minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The food deserves special praise—it was simply the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. The buffet offered an extensive selection, with plenty of options to choose from, and the special thematic dinner nights were amazing. Huge thanks to Chef Jerome for the incredible meals! I’d also like to express my gratitude to the entire team at the Coral Restaurant. They work tirelessly to not only arrange the food but also to create a truly welcoming and kind atmosphere. Special thanks to Hiba, Pauline, Philip, Kamal, and Ronaldo for their exceptional hospitality. A big thank you as well to Shaeb and the team who served us at the beach, and to Justin and others at the entrance for their warm welcome and helpfulness. You all made our stay unforgettable!

SwedenDinner timing at 19:00. This doesn’t suit family with little kids and makes the situation hardly manageable at the end of the day. Also the opening hours of the playroom which was closed by 17:00 during most days in the week. Otherwise everything else was absolutely perfect.

United KingdomSmall things that could have been a bit better - I found the pillows too soft, bathroom doesn’t really have much ventilation and toilet could have had a shower spray (rather than a separate bidet).
Almost everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the IC. The staff are absolutely incredible, especially the Coral staff who doted on our little boy and made him feel so special. The hotel has great facilities - gym, pool, restaurants, private beach, big spacious rooms. Location is great and it’s easy to get to the ‘touristy’ spots using an Uber. We opted for half board and dinner has a good enough variety without confusing you with too many options. We’d definitely come back to IC and recommend it to friends and family!!

Beautiful lobby, quick check in and check out services. Coral restaurant served good quality options and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Beach and pool are well maintained. Special shout out the waitresses at Coral who always greeted us with a smile, kept my baby entertained and were super friendly: Shanny, Jane, Trish, Pauline, Hiba and Tsulufeli. Big thank you for making us feel so welcome during our stay!
