Staff are super friendly, cleanliness of the whole Hotel. The food was exceptional and lots of variety we had breakfast and dinner and it didn't disapoint. Something for everyone. The staff at the Coral room and pool area were very friendly and happy to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely return.

The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Private beach front location, pool, we stayed in the club rooms which provided us 5nts of excellent comfort

If anything I'd say perhaps the range of food in the buffet could be though about more, at times it seemed not to fit together to make a meal.

After our memorable stay in November 2023, my wife and I returned for 5 days rest in March. We were not disappointed. Reception staff, Club staff, Pool staff, buffet, and of course room, all confirmed our memories, and we made new friends amongst the hotel employees as well as meeting old faces for a second time. Unfair to single out any from so many, but Nipun (again) by the Pool, and bilingual Mao in the Club, both lightened our spirits. This really is a good establishment. I talked to various members of staff all of whom without exception praised their bosses – this only happens when there is efficient and thoughtful management. Good management means happy staff; happy staff means happy customers – it is a reliable formula, but a rare one; can’t wait for our next visit. Dr B

We did not have enough time to enjoy the place and facilities as we have other engagement to attend that day.

The receptionist Khadija was very helpful as we had few hiccups with the booking. She arrange everything for us to have a comfortable room for my three kids. We did not eat much during breakfast because we were still full from the dinner. Dinner was excellent as it was seafood night. Thank you to the Chefs and all the people behind the kitchen were all the amazing foods were prepared. Staff were friendly and attentive specially the staff from The coral namely Philip, Pauline, May and Erik. They even prepared birthday cake for my daughter and even sang birthday song which made my daughter extremely shy but overly delighted by the gesture. We forgot to get the name of the guy who played badminton with us. He was very friendly and offered to play with us.

Electronic control of lights and curtains in new rooms more a bother than a help, also a little clumsy. Traditional systems much better. Next time you renovate go to good quality tablet-based applications or stick to simple conventional systems.

It has been my fourth stay at this hotel and again to my full satisfaction. My thanks go especially to all staff in the main restaurant. Their excellent service and hospitality deserve to be valued. The room attendants did a great job as well. Thank you .

The hotel resort is comfortable, stacked with all the towels and sunbeds you need to relax by the sea or pool. The gym facilities are impeccable, and the spa treatments are enjoyable (though the the ladies indoor swimming area was nothing to write home about and the steam and sauna are only accessable to those getting treatments done because of the limited size - shame). The bed was super comfortable, and the room had all the amenities needed for my stay, not to mention the cleaning staff were curteous and very wary of impeding on my personal space, which I appreciated greatly. The breakfast buffet was yummy, as well as the dinner - however, the vibe was casual, so dressing up isn't a thing, which was a shame for me as I had a few outfits I had saved for dining. The half board is limited to the buffet restaurant. The other restaurants/cafes do have discounts for in-house guests. The resort itself was smaller than I expected, but it didn't disappoint in service and comfort. Would I visit again? Most certainly!
