Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicGreat hotel, we stayed there already 2 times and enjoyed each visit! The staff is very nice and helpful, they even helped us when my son was sick and needed a doctor. Breakfast was really outstanding! The location is great too, it is just a short drive from the airport and close to the famous promenade and some other sights, there is also a grocery shop nearby. Beds were big and comfortable. Our last stay was after Christmas time and the hotel was very nicely decorated. The swimming pool is also nice and it wasn't crowded. Overall the hotel is a great choice if you have a short layover in Doha or if you want to stay more days and explore the city. Next time we will choose this hotel again.

United KingdomThe receptionist was so unfriendly let me regret coming here. I booked a Deluxe king room with sea view for 5 days. When I arrived she said your booking will give you the “inferior room”. I told her I’m sure I booked the Deluxe room and paid extra for it. She said no. I was given a room facing an ugly back of a building. I checked my emails and called her to confirm I’ve the Deluxe room. She finally said I’m true it was her fault. Then she told be there are no rooms with sea view and asked me if I can move to another room in a higher level. The funny thing is that she asked me to come down to collect the key and go to the other room instead of apologizing and sending me a portal to help transferring my luggage. What kind of message are you giving customers through these people.

From the welcome when we arrived at 9am to be told a room was already prepared for us (check in should have been 2pm) to the time the doorman loaded our suitcases into a taxi for the airport we cannot fault anything.

TurkeyThe reception staff are not helpful at all. The night I checked in they told me that in the morning the electricity will be cut for 7 hours straight without mentioning that before I booked. When I wanted to extend my stay they almost tripled the price with the excuse that ‘We’re all booked and that is the only rate we have’ even though the night before they gave a 100$ cheaper daily rate.

Friendly staff at reception. Refreshing drinks available at reception area. Check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was kept very clean and spotless. Wi-fi was fast, and overall a good sleep.

GhanaI missed English football because the channels in the room did not offer that but I later found out I could watch at the bar.
Location was excellent for me as I was looking for quite but lively place to stay. It is easily accessible to City Centre, Tourist Attraction and to the Airport. Breakfast was fantastic.
