I personally wasn’t a fan of the art work on the bedroom wall. As a Muslim it’s not nice to have so many human drawings and strange scary fish on the wall. The mattresses could be a little firmer we tried some planks but it made the bed too hard but staff were so helpful to try.

Fantastic amenities. Amazing customer service and great views. The bathroom is amazing love love the freestanding bathtub. Easily the best thing about our room.

One issue is that they didn’t reserve all rooms and suits in the same or close floors: one in floor 21, another in floor 19 and the suit in floor 9. There is no kids area for playing too.

I tried to call the hotel several times in different timings in 4 telephone numbers to enquire about some of my booking requirements. Unfortunately, my calls were intentionally ignored, as some staff tried to evade addressing my enquiries. When I called the hotel from using my other mobile number (not registered in their logs), they immediately responded. I totally did not this non-professional attitude from some of the staff.

This is my fifth stay in Monderian, and third time of the suite. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-furnished. The interior decoration of the loft suite is amazing. The staff are really friendly and cooperative. I had a special event with my family, and the staff were so responsive and collaborative. The event went very well thanks to the staff support. We all enjoyed the day. Special thank to the hotel staff (Ricardo) who was really friendly, supportive, responsive, and so cheerful. I found the breakfast this time great with good quality.

Just being picky here, the window needs to be cleaned, the bathroom's door would be great if it can be completely closed, and the shower head on the roof may need to be cleared as a few holes seemed to be blocked.

The decor is beautiful and unique, the location is excellent with many facilities and a supermarket nearby, the room was spacious and comfortable, the WiFi is excellent all over the hotel, there are many electricity sockets around the room with some right next to the beds, the food was delicious (the burger restaurant), and everything is clean. Special thanks to two staff: Ghada from the reception who guided us and provided suggestions for us as tourists, and thanks to Giri from housekeeping who noticed that I was reading a book and took the initiative to make my reading experience better.

Nothing to fault

Hospitality was exceptional due to this reason we extended our stay for longer. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and welcoming. The amenities at the hotel was brilliant from the spa lounge, nightclub, sports bar to shisha terrace. Overall the experience was really good, if your looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond this is the place!

We struggled with the smoking indoors, everyone (it seems) smokes in Doha and they were not strict on separating the smoking from non-smoking areas. It was difficult in the Hudson Bar because it was a small confined area that served food and sometimes the smoke was overwhelming.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we were in a fairly good location near the Cultural village and Pearl and right next door to a shopping complex. The room was huge and well appointed with lots of space.
