Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel doesn't seem much from the outside but as soon as you enter you get greeted with a unique design inspired by the Dutch artist Piet Mondrian, known for his abstract paintings with rectangular shapes and primary colors. The hotel's interior design incorporates these elements, creating a stylish and vibrant atmosphere. the room was excellent and comfy. the extra large bathtub was a great touch I didn't expect. A little mishap happened: The bathtub stopper was leaking and I couldn't fill the tub. I called reception and they quickly sent maintenance and later a little bag of goodies with a sweet note to apologize about the incident. that was quite a nice thoughtful gesture. Definitely felt valued and appreciated. I strongly recommend it.

The staff go above and beyond in making your stay a memorable one. The staff who checked us in, when she found out it was my sister’s first visit to Doha, ensured we had the best view from our room. Also another receptionist who was working at noon on the day of our checkout, courteously offered us a complimentary late checkout when he found out we got locked out of our room due to missing the checkout time at noon because we were exploring the rooftop pool. The staff will also help with your bags from the taxi to the room and vice versa. Additionally perhaps because it was the month of Ramadan, we were also offered dates at the entrance when we arrived in the evening. The room was spacious, bathroom exuded an aura of luxury with a chandelier adorning the ceiling above the largest bathtub I’ve ever had in a hotel room. There are also speakers in the bathroom so you could connect your device to the TV or use the in-built radio stations for some music whilst enjoying your bath. The elevator automatically takes you to your room floor when you scan the keycard and it only works for your room floor so security is great. There is also an ATM in the hotel in case you need cash for your deposit.

QatarI was not informed earlier that the pool was on maintainance, it was primarily the reason why booked our stay in the first place - the indoor pool and its design. We were given access to Rixos hotel which is located in Ras Abu Aboud - a bit far from Mondrian and it was an outdoor pool so we did not avail it. That was the only thing we were disappointed about.
The special treatment given as I was celebrating my birthday. Even before we checked in, Mondrian Hotel already made us feel welcome. From checking in to our checking out, we enjoyed our stay.
