Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe room was big. But only 2 single beds and 1 couch bed for 3 adults and 1 child 11 years old was not ideal. The room came with nespresso machine when booked However, only received after complaining to the manager, so was the adapter. We booked lounge access which came with vouchers for 2 drinks and snack per day, this was not given at check in, only received the day after with incorrect dates for the voucher for previous nights. Only 1 night was correct which we used.
Breakfast was good, and the coffee garden cafe was great. The staff at the lounge were fantastic and food great.

KuwaitAgain, for same problem which I really hate the delay on check-in This huge building has short of reception staff customers waiting and only one male employee at the desk serving this crwoded line ! Since last year and my current stay, I see no improvement on furniture also the handheld bidet sprayer pressure isn't good enough low water pressure! The booking conversation with booking messages with the property wasn't clear I had to book another room in order to get it connected I wasn't sure if it was containing two bathrooms I was going to book the exact same rooms like I did last year anyways I canceled my other room which doesn't have a kitchen and the property staff have sent an apology for this inconvenience and have refunded my amount for the extra room that I canceled , Thanks Check my last year review
Mostly the location and the huge, shaded parking it also have two exits leads to different streets depends where would you like to go .. This is my second stay same date but this time I booked junior suit don't know why booking not mentioning that it has two bathrooms some details do matter. Yes, one more thing to mention they have installed handheld bidet sprayer :) Also I would like to thank Mr. Aref for his kind cooperation in solving my cancelation issue All staff are friendly especily the housekeeping :) Check my last year review

The room was great, the breakfast choice was good (although my husband as a fussy eater, struggled) the pool lacked the luxury, feel and appeal. the location and surroundings lacked the walking to, facilities and things to do. the shuttle bus service was great and very much appreciated.
