It did not feel like a 5 star resort: 1. People were reserving sun beds with towels at 7 am. 2. Overcrowded breakfast room. Hard to get a table. Many just dirty. Staff not catching up with cleaning. 3. Quite repetitive meals. Not much fantasy. 4. Quite old and used plastic glasses at the pool bar. Did not enjoy drinking out of them. 5. They rented part of the hotel to a private party on a couple of nights which was so loud we could not sleep despite being on the 4th floor. So if you want to go to an all inclusive resort like in Turkey or Bulgaria you are all set, but if you could on luxury and relaxation, stay clear.

The hotel has two main pools: one for families and one designated for adults (over 18). Additionally, the beach is divided into separate areas for families and couples. However, this is where the hotel fell short for us. There was a clear lack of signage indicating these zones, leading to frequent disruptions in the adults-only areas by families with children. While the lifeguards managed the adult pool area well, security on the beach did not always enforce the rules, creating frustrating situations where couples had to move due to noisy children and even parents changing babies nearby. This lack of enforcement detracted from the experience, and better signage and clearer rules would have likely avoided such conflicts.

The Rixos Hotel in Doha is a luxurious, all-inclusive 5-star property conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel itself is fantastic, with spacious, sea-view rooms that are well-equipped and feature large, comfortable beds and en-suite walk-in waterfall showers. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The doormen were polite and smartly dressed, and the reception team was incredibly helpful, particularly one staff member, Sonia, who consistently ensured everything was in order. The hotel boasts three on-site restaurants: a steakhouse, an Indian restaurant, and a buffet restaurant. The food selection at the buffet was impressive, catering to various tastes, and the all-inclusive package, although somewhat restrictive based on wristband color, offered the added bonus of alcoholic beverages.

Only a minor comment - but the light show on the building at night was a little much when sat outside.

The bar/pool staff were exceptional. The hotel and its facilities are as good as shown in the pics. The gym and spa in particular were excellent. Very good breakfast menu and selection for lunch and dinner.

I like excellent hospitality of the staff and the lovely pool. The sea view from our deluxe room was phenomenal and the food was of high quality and taste. Definitely recommended to visit this hotel.

I will not call it a hotel, but it is the home of anyone looking for comfort, sophistication and relaxation. It is beautiful and wonderful and has many beautiful details. Did't like no gulf swimming is allowed after sunset specially weather will be very nice at this time. May be lights can be added for safety. At the end, it may be official rule to follow.

Staff is very friendly specially Byron in Front Desk. Also, Management is putting all their efforts to satisfy customers.
