The visit to Qatar Rixos Gulf hotel was good before the start as the follow up and welcome by Mr Yaseen happened a day before the trip and at the front disck and also at the end of the trip. He made sure the whole family is welcomed and comfortable. The trip becouse of him was enjoyable and relaxing. Big thanks to Mr Yaseen.

The only thing I would say is that if you go all inclusive the choices in the steak house and indian are quite limited (what there was, was good) it would have been nice to have some more things on the menu.

The food was very good, especially the steak house and indian restaurants. The bar in the steak house was lovely and Basil the bar tender was excellent. The staff were all lovely and helpful for anything we needed. The daily activities in the pool were excellent.

The workers were more than friendly. They made sure that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. In particular i want to thank Gulfayrouz and the Tunisian girl for making our stay unforgettable!

Room cleaning i used a spoon to feed my baby. They just wipe it and put it back without washing it. Pillows need to be a bit firm. Noise was really disturbing when there is a concert by the beach. No fans by the pools and the weather was really hot which made sitting by the pool to watch and attend to kids a torturing experience.

The property with all its facilities is really good and comfy. And luxurious in some aspects. Melissa and Maysaa made our stay amazing and strived to make us happy. They certainly become our friends and the main reason why we would choose this resort again. The food was amazing. Lifeguards by the pools were really polite and friendly with kids. Rixy kids club staff were amazing and really caring. They try to engage all kids in the various activities despite the language barrier.

The loud music in the hotel courtyard was a bit annoying, and I couldn't sleep well.

I like hotel, but I expected the room to be larger. The room was upgraded for a sea view.

but the kids shows are in russian not english or arabic i was confused. but overall ok. just was too onesided because of the large proportions of russians

I would like to start from the reception. It was very wonderful and friendly. Uibossyn was quick to complete the check-in procedures and was very nice. The café staff were also very friendly...my experience was wonderful.

Bedroom pillows were not so comfy, also Breakfast buffet could have more variety What I didn't like most was the fact the my booking was canceled without being informed, if no room was available we'd have been in a big trouble
