Overall stay was perfect, all staff are kind and very supportive. Even during peaking hours. All facilities are very clean and well prepared. Special thanks to: -Hana working at kids club. She showed a great dedication at her job and hosted a fun environment to the kids. We were also surprised about her knowing 9 different languages. -Ulbossyn and Marwa at reception had a cheerful attitude and does things very fast. -Owe in car valet parking made friends with our kids and always help in opening the doors for everyone along with his team. -Wafaa showed a very welcoming greeting at the entrance by proving Arabic coffee/tea with dates and greeting all visitors. Overall experience was perfect. The family liked it and kids were sad to leave the place.

If your windows are seeview, your hear music from daytime till 10 30 pm. so if you want quite - pick non-seeview! also the doors to the rooms are super load, of you just let them go - they slam boom!!!

Brand new hotel! All the facilities are there, including childrens club. Nice view of the harbor and skyscrapers! the food in the main restarant was decent, stake house was also ok, and the indian reataurant was taisty, althought not very popular with Kazach crowd! The service was super - you ask for something, and you get it! All the facilities are super clean! And yes, if you get all-inclusive, than you get all the house wine or beer you want at the restaurants and the pool area!:) Averall good hotel if you travel with children, since there is a lot to do there!!!

The incessant loud music from which there is no escape on the property. Food waiting time in the Rasa restaurant is unreasonable. 1 hour from ordering to food arrival.

Beautiful hotel in doha on the beach front. The staff are amazing ! They are polite. Friendly and always ready to assist. Tusar was very accommodating with all our luggage issues. Maysa was incredible and my 2 year old son fell in love with her. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE. My room was very well cleaned and the amenities in the room are great. There are too many staff I need to mention who were amazing during our stay so thank you to all of you ! We will be back when we are in doha again.

The hotel’s amenities were amazing, and is child friendly. There are numerous activities throughout the day for both adults and children. The hotel is luxurious, clean, and well located. The staff are the friendliest with the most helpful demeanour. Every staff member went out of their way to make this holiday special, specifically want to mention Tusar, Manar, Maysa, Oye, Suleman, Salma, Hakeem, Ian. Every staff member deserves to be mentioned by name and thanked. The gym facilities are amazing. The various pools give you lots of choices. From the front door to the manager / manageress, this hotel staff are amazing.

Breakfast was perfect, with excellent variety of food. Location of hotel is convenient; the room view was marvelous (Doha's city center at night, Sea view in the morning). Kids loved the swimming pools and activities at Rixy club.

Food at pool side could probably improve. Better variety and taste

Wide range of choice for breakfast. Love both the swimming pools. Extraordinary experience especially being parents and able to see our almost 2,5 year old child enjoy various activities at the kids club and by the private beach. Easy access to beach, picturesque view. Most of all must say the hospitality by almost everyone we came in contact with were remarkable. Special shout out to Yaasin and Audra at the reception. Marwa and Maysa were terrific with my child, he had a time of his life. And special thanks to the concierge Tussar and Alydha for help and guide. We are surely coming back.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious with nice views. Check in and check out were quick and easy and all staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and lots of staff to take orders. Live music and entertainment that was played in the lobby which was always excellent. 2 pool options and located on the beach. The hotel itself was well appointed with an opulent feel.
