The hotel was notified about about my late check-in, but processing the booking was slow. And I don't know why some hotels reception staff try there best to select the worst room for a guest?

I tried to extend my stay through the application for an extra night multiple times with no luck; on the checkin I mentioned that we wanted an extension, the lady on the counter (which was great in welcoming) told me that I can do it on Friday with no issues. On Thursday night I went down to the reception and I was greeted by the FO Supervisor, I told her what happened and she agreed to extend us an additional night but asked for DOUBLE the price, after a lot of negotiations and showing her the booking and everything else, she still refused to fix us 1% of the pricing and we had to pay double the price for this extra night, the way she was talking was very unpleasant as I felt that she was telling me indirectly this is the case take it or leave with your family.

The room was spacious, which was perfect for a family trip, and they provided us with a baby crib free of charge, which was also great, the room service was good, and the welcoming staff was good, the property also had parking spaces which was convenient because we had a car with us.

The personnel at check-in was very friendly. I was assisted by receptionis Christina who helped me to solve a issue with my room. As via booking.com only double beds were available, she happily offered me a two single bed room upon my arrival and in addition distributed some tips what to do in the area. I also liked the location of the hotel, which was only one metro station away from Msheireb Downtown Doha.

I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my experience. First off, the view from my room was absolutely stunning! The staff, especially Christine at the front office, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She made checking in a breeze and was always ready to assist with any questions I had. The overall atmosphere was really nice, and it felt like a great place to relax. However, I did encounter a little problem with the AC in my room. It wasn’t functioning as well as I hoped, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you, Christine, for making my visit memorable!

Even though I put the sign of “Do Not Disturb” in our door, they still knocked our door for Housekeeping… They woke us up and the person didn’t left until I stand up and told that we don’t need since we arrived the night before. The Shower makes a lot of noise and one of the showers was broken.

The receptionists are very nice and the staff in general are very attentive and friendly. The room is alright.

We had left over from Chinese food we ate and it was cold, we pleaded for the hotel to help us heat it up but they refused, a little help with that won’t be bad

Just, bit nextime I would like not to prefer that the guard is so Asking to much..regardless I am aware of the visitor rules..it should be nextime he should be polite to maintain privacy especially they should still respect a woman.

Actually I booked without breakfast,but I will definitely try soon again,,and especially the Receptionist Name Crestine she so amazing and helpful and so polite assisting me with all my enquiries..she's very good..the ambience of the pool was perfect and good .I would definitely recommend it...
