Pool was closed for unknown reason. An hour before booking ask them if pool works ,they said its working. Planned to stay in hotel with pool because i really needed.

1. Fittings and fixtures are not very sturdy. In my case, the steel rack in the shower was about to detach. 2. Though not a con, the room’s design to me is old-fashioned. 3. The AC in my room is noisy. I could’ve asked a technician to help solve the issue, but I figured I could still live with it for a short 2 night stay.

Overall great value for money. Hot beverages provided, mineral water too. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The AC can get very cold…

I chose this hotel because I understood they had a Suttle service to the hotel. However the hotel quoted a price that was four times more expensive than the cost of using a ride-sharing service like Uber. To provide some context, the hotel's price for a return trip for a family of 5 was 250 QAR, while the Uber return fare was only 60 QAR Considering the significant price difference, using Uber or a similar service is a much more cost-effective option for transportation to the airport

I would like to share my positive review of the hotel we stayed at during our recent stopover on the way from Australia to Europe. The hotel provided excellent accommodation and service, and we were particularly pleased with their flexibility and attentiveness. Upon our early morning arrival at 7 am, the hotel was able to accommodate us and provided us with two rooms. Although the rooms were not adjacent, we were delighted to find that they were located on the same floor, which was convenient for our group. One aspect that stood out was the hotel's consideration for our booking. We had reserved a room with breakfast included, but since we checked out at 10 pm on the same day, we were unable to have breakfast the following morning. However, the hotel allowed us to enjoy breakfast on the day of our arrival, despite checking out at 10 am. This gesture of flexibility and understanding was truly commendable. Overall, our experience at the hotel was exceptional and provided great value for money. It served as a perfect stopover on our journey from Australia to Europe. We were impressed with the level of service, the comfortable rooms, and the opportunity to have an early morning breakfast.

I booked the hotel for its proximity to the airport and also the price. I was on a 10-hour connection till my next flight. So I informed them no one to disturb me. Unfortunately 2 am, I woke up by the sound of vacuuming the room next to me. I called reception, and they immediately stopped the sound. However, I still do not understand why they would vacuum in the middle of the night while everywhere is so silent, and the sound of vacuuming can become crazy. Besides this, everything else was fine, and I also used their airport shuttle. So easy and quick.

They didnot honor our request for late check out. After staying longer days this is minimum a guest can expect from hotel.

The washroom requires maintenance, mostly on the showering tap connection, water is fallowing all the joints and spread to the floor hence leading to much Stagnant all over the floor which looks unsafe. Discrimination from the reception ladies. All customers are equal, whatever the colour, looks etc. The floor was found wet. WiFi was very slow. Big noise from ac.

The architectural design was so good, tv channels are good , Good security systems. Good evaluation plan. Nice bed 🛌 😴 and lights.

We made a pre booking but it was not fully prepared as per our request...This time the mini bar was not working i called the reception and she said she'll send someone..we waited no one came. The hair dryer too was not working...the tv was not showing anything....but overall it was ok..my husband I we had a great time
