Nothing. We only stayed for one night during a 21 hour layover in Doha. We were sad that we could not stay longer 😔

The property was very clean and centrally located to the main tourist attractions, for example, the Souq and the museums. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Elisa at reception for being so helpful and accommodating.

Overall it was a very delightful stay at Shaza Hotel and I was happy about my choice to stay there on a layover day in Doha. Things I liked: - very friendly reception staff, who accommodated our early arrival and ensured our room is prioritized for cleaning - they allowed us to have breakfast on the day of arrival, instead of next morning given our very early departure - communication among staff is beyond impressive - by the time we came to the breakfast restaurant the staff already knew we are coming and the arrangement to have breakfast early - room was comfortable, pillows heavenly soft and all necessary equipment there and in working condition (hair dryer, safe box, etc.) - room had water in the room - room is also quite spacious - location in unbeatable and we were within 7 min. walk from the famous market - all the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful

Everything was perfect

The location of the hotel was really nice (very close to the Souk, in the gold district). The Metro was literally 2 min away and everything was at hand. The hotel had a very good quality price ratio and our trip didn’t lack anything. The staff was friendly, helpful ,exceptional indeed and we rarely felt so pampered and well taken care of 😁.The human experience was stellar and made us want to return. We will most certainly be back in Qatar soon and will make this our fave stop. No negative comments whatsoever, my first ever 10/10 for the staff. A big thank you to the whole Shaza Doha team (front desk, room service, concierge, roof terrace staff and all the others) that made us feel like being home away from home. You guys are amazing!

How they dealt with unexpected crisis management, staff from all parts of the hotel working in sync and collaboration to overcome influx of guests at breakfast, with upmost respect for guest.From key chef Salah to luggage captain Azam and to all other staff they were exceptional.Highly recommend this hotel for 5 star experience and for the level of care the staff show

Great Location. Walking distance to Souq Waqif (10min walk), also very close to small super markets and shops. Very beautiful and nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were very polite and professional.

I would like to thank Ms. Schaimaa, the lady who works at the reception. She was very nice in communicating with the guests. I got an upgrade for my room when I checked in. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal for the sights in Doha and very close to them. I would like to recommend this hotel and if I come back to Doha, I will gladly choose this hotel. I would to thank the hotel and the staff for their service and support.

Nothing major to complain about except for the weak wifi and it can get a bit noisy on weekends as the location of the hotel nearby lively areas. We were living in the third floor so we could hear the noise of the street but it is expected due to location otherwise our experience was excellent and we will definitely come back again if we would ever visit Doha, thanks alot.

I travelled with my family and it was our first time in Qatar. The hotel choice was based on the reviews here and it did not fail us. the location is excellent and within walking distance to corniche, Mesherib area and Souq Waqef. We chose the location to explore the culture and the food more. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly and the rooms and specious and clean. We booked the family connecting room with twin room for 6 nights. We tried the breakfast for one day and they had 50% discount, they offer wide range of food selection and the food is clean. There is security personnel around the clock outside even food delivery can not go to the floor, which made us feel very safe.

I loved this hotel and wished I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, very tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Staff at reception, especially the two ladies taking care of me during check in and check out, were lovely and friendly. I felt well taken care of. The hotel is only 10-15 mins away from the airport by car or taxi.
