Nice and tidy great service. Muhammad from Concierge was very friendly. Helped us all throughout the stay, made us feel at home. Doormen and security do a great job- deserve a pay rise, always working with a smile on their face

This is not a complaint -- we were hoping for a glass of wine in the evening, but like most places in Qatar, the hotel doesn't serve alcohol. We had pistachio ice cream instead!

This is such a nice place to stay -- friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, clean and near the main souk and the museums. The breakfast is excellent (a little pricey but not unusual for a high end breakfast in Doha). Great value too.

The breakfast room was a little cramped, with many children running around handling the buffet with bare hands. Perhaps establishing an adults section would be a good idea.

Fantastic location close to all the museums and the Souq. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well furnished. The lobby and reception areas are welcoming and the comforting scent is a very nice touch.

Only thing that felt off and I could be wrong but I was certain I booked a bed and breakfast but when I arrived I was told it was only a room booking and had to pay up for breakfast

Very lovely facility, centrally located, lovely city views, good gym, and some extraordinary staff and this is unfair as I don't remember all their names, but Muhammad the bell hop wjo welcomed us was extraordinary, and his colleague who took care of us when we were leaving , then there was this security man of Ugandan extraction with the warmest smile ever. Also the Eggs and Pancake chef who my kids love as well
