We did not get any welcome fruits in our rooms unlike our friend who received fresh fruits upon arrival. I had two rooms and there was nothing.

Excellent service and facilities. We enjoyed the gym, which had new equipment, dumbbells and mats. Free sauna and steam too. The rooftop pool was welcome.

We stayed in this hotel for a one-night layover in Doha. We had to be at the airport early in the morning, but we still wanted to do some sightseeing in the previous evening. This hotel was perfect for that. It's only about a 15-minute drive from/to DOH. It is only about 10-minute walk to the Souq Waqif and a few more to the bay. The hotel room is comfortable and clean.

Nice big room overlooking the Souq. Very centrally located close to both major MIA and the National museum, withing easy walking distance. Nice luxurious hotel. A 5 minute walk from Souq Wakif, exciting place!

A bit of confusion during the check in. Elevators completely did not manage for the size of the building, so the waiting time was very unpleasant including crowded elevators once it finaly arrived

amazing room in a very nice hotel. Especially value for money wise. Overall we stayed only one night due to a layover on our flight but it was a good night sleep.

The twin beds in the second bedroom were right next to each other/no space between them.

Beautiful hotel 10 min walk to Souk Waqif. Family suite was very comfortable and spacious for 4 people, with two hotel rooms connected by a hallway. Breakfast buffet was very good and 3-course lunch in the Lebanese restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.

What I love about Shaza Doha is their investment in their Human capital. It’s like more like, all their staffs were cherry picked from a polite, respectful, dedicated to work and happy planet. They executed their jobs with grace. The property is super neat and the furnitures speaks quality. I love it and would love to stay over and over again

We did have an issue with the safe in our room. There was some issue with the Code and despite reporting it on several occasions the issue was never fixed. We also think it would be an idea if either the Hotel or Booking.com would mention the fact that the Hotel although has a rooftop area it is also a dry Hotel.

The breakfast selections were terrific, there were many different foods presented everything was very well presented The Staff were fantastic, extremely helpful not only at the restaurant but throughout the Hotel with conversation and local knowledge as well. We also need to mention the Cleaning staff who left the room spotless and tidy every day.We would recommend this Hotel to anybody. Great value for money !!

Cleaning service very slow and lacking. Several times we had to call to have room made up. Not very accurate cleaning, often missing amenities refill such as caffè or towels. We left a finished cake plate out of our room and It remained on the corridor two days. So was somone else's pizza in the bin by the elevator.We had half board (breakfast and dinner). Altough food was overall good quality, we found it quite repetitive along our stay. Restaurant staff never asked us if we would like some soft drink beside natural water. Always had to ask ourselves.

Hotel location. Close to Souq Wakif and metro station. Top spot to explore old town, museums and corniche. Spacious and beautifully furnished rooms.

Only one negative thing was, as i have already booked for 5 persons, we got 2 double rooms for 4 persons. An additional bed for the 5th person costed 100 QAR and to be paid extra..
