I expect the air-conditioning to work as set. Here I had to use cycles of running air-conditioning and switching it off to try and keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Both in the room and the entire hotel I felt cold most of the time.

Location is great and being a city hotel with resort qualities such as private beach and sea sports is very nice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It was indeed an amazing stay here in Sheraton. By the time we check -in, The guy who assisted us (sorry I forgot his name) upgraded us into a sea view room which I'm not expecting since it's Eid Holiday. Thank you so much, the room is lovely & had an amazing view. We really enjoyed the whole stay! We love the pool and beach and had a walk at night on the garden to watch the fireworks at Corniche. Feels like I was not in Doha for a while since the place has green area :) We had our complimentary dinner and breakfast and the food options really surpass our expectation. It was huge and all mouth watering :) Couldn't remember how many times I went to the buffet area. Overall, it was just perfect and exceptional. Customer service at it's finest.

we’ve lived in Doha for 11 years and never stayed here. It was the first hotel to be built in Doha and we really wanted to stay before leaving the country. It exceeded all of our expectations from staff to the room, we had a sea view which was glorious. We love dining there, La Veranda is undergoing refurbishment so we tried a newly opened restaurant or Indian cuisine named Jamavar. my husband and I agreed that it is without doubt, the best we have had, in 11 years in Doha. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality at an amazing price.

We liked everything about Sheraton Doha. We selected it for its history also. Finally everything was superb. Especially the People. For the surprise decoration and cake done by Sheraton Team for our daughter's birthday, we would thank the customer care executive and Mr. Gopi Shankar. For our dinner and breakfast we are grateful to all of Al Hubara and its staff Mr. Yuzuru, Ms Nukshinla, Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Anukul, Ms Anita and everyone else whose name we have missed but their service remains close to our heart. For what it was, the breakfast was slightly expensive. The dinner buffet was more expensive but it was worth it. Incredible dinner, average breakfast.

Our stay was in last day of Ramadan and buffet finished at 9pm.They didn't inform exact timing of buffet dinner timing and their information page was mention dinner time upon to 11.30 PM . Hence we got only 30 minutes for dinner.
