Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Saudi ArabiaDuring our stay, there were instances where the scent of heavily spiced cooking permeated the corridors, likely from long-term apartment occupants. This was intermittent and didn't detract from the overall cleanliness, thanks to the excellent housekeeping
This hotel is a fantastic choice for families. The spacious, well-equipped apartments offer great views from the balcony if you are on higher floor levels, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful stay. The location in Lusail is excellent. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; the entire staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. Free Coffee all day! A special mention to Vikas, who consistently went the extra mile to cater to the children's preferences. Highly recommended. There is a good gym as well.
