1) The breakfast was varied and delicious, but during my stay, the bakery items took the biggest portion of the breakfast items. 2) My booking included a city view, but unfortunately, I didn't get it ... I don't know what happened exactly, but it was peak season & hotel rooms were almost fully booked.

1) Hotel rooms are spacious. 2) The hotel & its facilities are luxurious. 3) The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. 4) Don't worry about parking... There are plenty of parking slots available 24/7. 5) I recommend booking your stay at this hotel early for an unforgettable experience & a great price.

The breakfast was brilliant and the place was very clean and better than the photos provided. The staff were very nice and allowed a late check out. They also carried our bags for us and were very good

Location isn’t bad but it’s not great however this is not really a problem as Uber is cheap or Renting a car to drive around.

Modern, clean and felt fresh! The staff from the room cleaners to valet drivers, all were spot on and more than accommodating! Would more than recommend this hotel.

Spa staff were unfortunately also unhelpful - the reception staff were ok but they messed my booking time up for my massage by 30 mins then the therapist was late overall by 50mins. Her English was poor she didn’t understand that I was cold and I asked for their to warm the oil or the room or add blankets as I had fulll body massage: massage was good but could not enjoy as was soo cold. Also took time for steam and sauna to heat up which wasn’t good and floor very slippery when wet which is dangerous.

Front of house are exceptional especially Abishekh - great friendly and very helpful. Staff were all really good expect pool bar as they were quite abrupt with menu options for kids. Rooms cleaned well and housekeeping were all fantastic. Really impressed with this hotel overall just pricey and had to pay for additional bed as room couldn’t accommodate 2 adults 2 kids even though booking said it would

Loved everything but I think they need to let their guests check out late especially like after spending 9 nights!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is too classy and fancy! Food was exceptional! Staff were too friendly and happy to help especially in the restaurant!Radhika in the restaurant was superb and the manager there made sure everything was on point!
