The socket points are not well helpful, there is no socket for the hair dryer in the bathroom and even near the mirror in the studio suite. Also, bed mattress are not comfortable.

The noise levels on couple nights was loud as they were hosting parties. So maybe more sound proofing.

The property was perfect, so clean and the staff were amazing. The location is great too! I was paying no more then £4 to get Ubers to local areas, they have Nando’s on site too for any picky eaters. Can’t wait to come back again

We had to remind them a few times to get our luggage upto our room

They gave us a really good packed breakfast on the day of our flight. The room was SUPER clean. Staff was super helpful. Great breakfast choices. Front desk was very helpful and they let us check in early too!

Toilet supposed to work by electricity but unfortunately it didn't worked. Also there was some noise coming from the next room.

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities. Very modern and clean. The location is perfect as it’s quiet but still within reach of all tourist locations by taxi. The staff are amazing and always on hand to help. Very modern, and cleanliness was exceptional. Would definitely stay again!

This was just a stopover stay of 1 night, but the hotel is perfect for that. Location is just 10 minutes between airport and the old souk - so just perfect. We had a lovely lady called Farah to check us in and she was not only friendly, but engaged and made us feel very welcomed. We got an upgrade to a superior room because of lack of available non-smoking rooms. She also gave us tips where to go for the evening, how to get there. The hotel interior looks impeccable, the room has a fantastic size, very clean and nicely decorated! Bellmen were also very friendly and helpful.

Lighting in the bathroom. Better lighting for make up would have been appreciated. Had to use the full mirror in the room instead which wasn't the most convenient but worked alright.

Hotel facilities and staff were great. Room was exactly as in the picture. Breakfast was good; decent options to choose from. Location is great depending on places you would like to visit. The museums (Islamic art and national) and Souq Wadif were close by. But had to travel a bit farther (almost 30 minutes by car) to reach the Corniche and Lusail area. Uber is not very pricey so this wasn't a huge problem. If anything, it was lovely having a long drive especially at night. The hotel has a mall and hypermarket right beside it so convenient to do basic shopping.

1. No bath bomb or any alternative to make a bath, even though there is a lovely bath tub. It’s like telling us to not use it. Compared to our experience in a 4-star hotel in South Korea, the body wash was at least very foamy, but it was not at all like that in Steigenberger Doha Hotel. 2. Watch out for water spilling out of the bathroom when you shower. 3. The swimming pool water looked like it need some cleaning.

The architecture, the interior and exterior, the scent in the lobby. Nice and clean. Polite staff. Lovely pool and gym. Next to a huge supermarket and in a walking distance to a number of nice restaurants.

Cheaper breakfast. I'm sad I did not get to try the breakfast. Also, It's quite hard to hail taxi's from the hotel as it's in an awkward location, and there is only a supermarket nearby but I wish there was more.

I loved the staff, very friendly. The hotel had great amenities, STUNNING unique design and a large room. The bathroom was my fave - huge with two sinks, a bathtub, a shower and the toilet had a seat warmer with an electric bidet! Very fancy.

Good size bedroom room, very comfortable bed , friendly helpful staff. Lovely rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds, very good dinner and breakfast buffet. Well situated close to airport and metro station. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Half board was good value

Shower water kept leaking under the door into the rest of the bathroom. Relatively small pool- the sun beds were almost always taken; no indoor pool. Breakfast is the same everyday so can get repetitive when staying more than few days; even though there is enough choice of food.

We came her for our honeymoon and opted for half board which suited our holiday plans. Both breakfast and dinner were to a good standard albeit somewhat repetitive. Good choice of meat and non-veg options. We really loved the different salads every day- really tasteful and flavoursome. Great size room with lovely modern decor and excellent staff. Location was really good with easy accessibility to 2 metro stops/ easily get a taxi on the TaxiF app to main attractions (stadiums/ malls/ museums/ souq/ corniche/ mosques etc.) Very grand entrance, and clean hotel. Nice spa facility (access has to be paid separately to the hotel booking). Special Mentions! A very special mention to our house keeper Siraj- he was very good at his job, so polite, so accommodating and very sweet. He was exceptional throughout our stay...management: he deserves a bonus!! Another special mention to Esperanza, one of the restaurant waitresses who was very welcoming, attentive and over the course of our stay always took care of us at dinner.

I hated waiting for the paper work to be finished and it took an hour to check into the room regarding the fact the i booked online before Also, the room I booked for my family were not near each other and the application didn't show the room number and the floor level Another thing i did order extra bed with crib for my kids and didnt got it so my kids slept on the couch

The brightness and relaxation of the room colors and the harmony with the furniture are so lovely and calming!! Everything was so clean and it is one of “real 5-star” hotels in Doha! .. full luxurious stay even in the small details like the disposables
