there were a couple of times when it was hard to reach the front desk by phone but wasn’t a major issue.

to be honest, i was not expecting the hotel to be amazing given the price. It definitely exceeded all of my expectations. the room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities needed. the staff were polite and very friendly.

It should’ve been a great experience but something went off.. We actually booked 2 rooms, we are a family of four with 2 kids, together with one more couple. we were placed in rooms next to each other but my request of being placed in the interconnecting room was not granted.. so we were placed next to an interconnecting room with another person.. unfortunately, they called us once and said that the guest next room is complaining of our noise (take note that our kids were just playing and our television volume is just 6 or 7) then we justified that we are not being noisy, not playing loud sounds and the kids were just playing, not even shouting).. then after a few hours, staff knocked on our door and again with the same thing, we justified we are just talking normally with our friends, spending time together, and bonding (that’s why we booked in a hotel, for this reason that we spend time together) even the kids were not making such noise.. our television volume was 6 and we are just playing acoustic background music.. then the staff asked us if ther could transfer us to another room (imagine, we have settled our things inside the room and we are a family of four and they were asking us if we could vacate the room at around 10pm) that really upset me.. that is a very inconvenient suggestion.. I actually told the staff that he could join us and see for himself if we are really making noise.. I know it may just be because of the oversensitive and over reacting neighbor but this complications may have been prevented if they have accommodated our request since we made the booking and paid it months before our stay..

Everything was great, the room is big, clean and definitely worth the price.. the range of breakfast is okay but the staff in Crust restaurant made it exceptional ❤️ the suprevisor that time Jeannie, and the staff Mona, Esperanza and Eunice.. they were very attentive to our needs.

Excellent hotel for family, Fast checkin. We Enjoyed the stay during the FIFA world cup. Fabulous breakfast. Special mention to Ruth, Radhika for the hospitality and chefs Wasim and Mohammed. MuchAppreciate the instant help by the bell boy to settle the taxi bill in QR when we arrive at the hotel.

There was water shortage during our stay. Which was unexpected.

We loved the breakfast, the pool with kid zone is perfect for family. The staff in the pool is very helpful, same as the housekeeping staff and front desk staff, they are so professional and accomodating. Room is clean and has a modern design. Location is accessible, near metro station. With hypermarket near the hotel by walking distance.
