Breakfast selection was a bit mid and there were a lot of kids at the pool splashing etc when the cabana's are quite close, so it made it hard to relax at the pool area

Staff needs to learn how to treat guests in a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in countless 5 star hotels, but this one was the least welcoming hotel I've ever been to. Either they are inexperienced or they haven't been professionally trained.

-Location is far away the nearest attractions is about 9 mint drive - we arrived at 2:30 and waited 30 min to check in, so we waited with tired kids in lobby !! - there was a cocking smell when you walk through the corridor

Whole building AC was off from 5AM to 5PM on one day. They told me in advance about it but there was not alternate suggested/provided for this. Business center was also closed which caused some inconvenience as I had some business to take care of.

The hotel is very noisy. The windows make cracks sounds due to high humidity as the explained. So if you plan to rest and sleep quietly, this is not the hotel for you definitely.

The receptionist who attended to us was not smiling at all and not accomodating - not even get a greeting from her. We were not informed that swimming pool were under repair. Receptionist was even annoyed when we said that we are not well informed prior booking. She just said, "You book in booking.com. ". And I just said yes. I don't feel welcome at all. 😐

The pillows in the room weren’t comfy and only one pillow each was offered, also when we arrived we were told the pool was under maintenance, the main purpose i chose this hotel was because of the pool and sunbeds which we did not get to use also the lady at the desk said the pool will be back open tomorrow at 6am, the following day we went to the pool at 1pm and still it was closed so i had to spend money to spend a day at a different hotel to use the pool and sunbeds

Beautiful clean hotel one of the best rooms ive stayed at and the bathroom was stunning, the hotel itself is one of the best i have seen. If you are wanting a hotel near the airport it is definitely the right choice

Check-in took lots of time (20+ min.) Hotel does not have much charm, on the outside and inside - modern, but not charming, no plants, etc. No view from the hotel room. Reservation was cancelled/"no show" even though I informed them in writing beforehand of my late arrival at 6am the next morning.

Staff in reception at that day comparing to staff i dealt with them in my last visit on 7-8/October they were so helpful. I booked again in the same hotel for my visit after 2 days to get the final judgment.
