So many and let me start with the unprofessional employee in the reception area they are not welcoming at all.. room wasnt ready even i checked in after the check in time which was 3 pm .. and i arrived at 4 pm .. very bad smell each time after make up the room .. always water leaks in the WC hoses ( very high water pressure ) ..

I booked a 3 bedroom apt. with breakfast included for two nights, we are 2 adults and 3 kids above 12 years old and 1 kid lower than 5 years old I was surprised that the breakfast only included 2 adults and 1 kid lower than 5 years They ask me to pay extra 270 qr for the other 3 kids, I tried to cancel the breakfast for the second night and refund me, but they refused and ask me to contact booking to setup this issue and booking ask me to contact them which ended with no cancelation Also the floor where we live is really smells fishy, even inside the room smells really bad

There is no liability, I chose an apartment but I got different one with smaller room and when asked to change it as it was booked they said that it wasn’t available. There was a very bad cigarette smell in the room .

I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, however I was charged for an extra bed ! reception staff lack sense of hospitality and modesty. one-bedroom apartment is actually studio type i.e. master room, only one bathroom for whole apartment ! water is rusty. bathroom bidet was too hard to press/operate ! sink in kitchen was leaking too many elevators sections so you need to be careful which ones are closer to room and parking. life Guard in swimming pool was same guy serving and wondering around, a kid almost drawn and was saved by a guest ! too many doors/separators in hallway and at elevators sections !

very neat, quite kitchen is fully equipped, location plenty of nearby grocery stores plenty of parking space and convenient if you know which elevator shafts are closer to your room ! furniture is new, modern and comfy.

Wifi is slow and they ask you to pay more to have a better wifi and when you do so it is still slow, but when I say slow, it is difficult to watch youtube. Very expensive and you have a strong noise from machines, my room was hot and not prepared, I had to ask for a new room in the middle of the night.

Security or lobby personnel MUST have a clear communication between people from steigenberger residence to steigenberger hotel The parking lot is not automated, or self service, guests needs to wait until someone manually lift the barrier
