Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Incredible hotel in terms of art and architecture. Plenty of great food at the restaurants, Millies has a fantastic view of the Corniche. The hotel was very accommodating of my birthday request prior to me checking in. I would have loved to be shown around the hotel when I checked in as there is so much to do. I did find I had to keep asking staff for the location of the gym or specific restaurants. Staff were on and off, I did receive some really attentive and personalized customer service from some and others didn't really seem to care or engage much aside from the very bare minimum.

I don’t know where to start. Location is amazing, especially if your staying in a large room, which was my room, the whole corniche is yours. The Staff, everyone was so friendly and ready to help you. One of the cleanest hotels in Doha, and so much more to compliment. The Food, you need to book at least a week to just try the room service, which by the way, are the restaurants who provide the food/In Room Dining. 10/10

QatarThere’s nothing perfect the smile of the hotel was like kitchen in my room ground was dusty and I told the housekeepers to change towel and clean the floor they promise me to do and they never do everything was fantastic but I put this comment to enhance hotel capabilities.
The hotel style was special evething was good I suggest to expand their menu for the rooms. The staff was lovely. The food was delicious there is such different cuisine and the price is very good.

Kuwaitthe staff (weren't rude) but they did know how to deliver a bad news in a very polite sweet way, and they treated me like it's my first time in a hotel ever, i hated the way they explained me the hotel rules, especially the ones about not to grab the shampoo and conditioner, i felt i was accused of stealing, and although the room i chose was large, i didnt get any special treatment, the only special thing i got is a basket of fruit maybe and some arabic delights, and for a person who paid that amount to stay at your hotel, definetly a card next to the products saying that i cannot grab these with me home would have done a lot and would do just fine in delivering that, i didnt need to hear it from an employee who had very cold atittude, the staff overall were very cold, and the only person who was warm with me, asked for a postive review on booking, twice, and asked specifically to mention her name, i felt pressured and embaressed at the same time, you could just have asked me to write a review on your page or booking, not to ask and require so! another incident that happened with me and me my stay really uncomfortable is when i was spending some time next to the pool, and as i saw a couch, i chose to have a seat on it, and the staff came to me in very aggressive tone and not nice face expression asked me to leave as they were only allowed to members of the club, that could have been avoided if there was a sign explaining that or a special ribbon showing that, which there were none, and that made me really annoyed. lastly, the policy of the hotel of not adding the balance of the restaurant on the room balance, and it wasnt delivered to the restaurants, so as i had my drink at one of the restaurants late night and signed the cheque with my room number and headed back to my room to sleep, I hear a knock on my door from one of the employees asking me to pay for my drink!
