Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI would have liked some complimentary biscuits/snacks in rooms to go with coffee/tea assortment. Also found lighting in toilet quite dark which made shaving or putting on make up a little difficult. However, these were small things in an overall amazing stay.
The hotel is amazing. From the lobby, breakfast area to the rooms we felt everywhere was very luxurious. Shower was powerful & lovely. Towels high quality. Staff were attentive & friendly. Definitely recommend.

AustraliaFood in restaurant was less good than expected as Italian style, not authentic, but still quite good. Could put a shelf closer to water in long shower as more risk to slip going back and forwards to her shampoo/ conditioner/ soap. The amount of staff layers- manager/ manager assistant/ cleaning staff to wipe some water stain of water...was quick....but first person could have done it...but only protected site- impressive that message communication to cleaning staff was dealt with within 20 seconds!
Luxurious feel, love the Babar elephant statues, tall ceilings, the abundance of fresh flowers and chosen colours- blue/ pink. Very comfortable beds and bedding/ pillows, nice size suite on 7th floor and good bathroom.
