Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI recently stayed at LTX Hotel and was disappointed with the service. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed indifferent to our needs. When we faced issues with our room, the response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, I didn't enjoy my time there due to the poor treatment we received. I hope they improve their customer service for future guests.

QatarVery Late check in , it took 1 h to give us the room . Staff do not have experience to deal with such situation, even to compensation like late check out or upgrade. Or complementary food/drinks to the room . All closet get stuck with ur clothes inside and need to call someone to open closet . Service very slow even when called reception as emergency to send someone to get our clothes out to go to event it takes long time to send someone. Stuff and manager layers they said room not ready coz it is not clean and where calling cleaners in front of us many time to ask if room cleaning over or not and they keep postponing. Then manager come said they did not gave us the room dye yo technique issues. Something mot accepted at all . To be honest this is cannot be a level of 5 star hotel. Very disappointed and not recommended for stay over night even for 1 day
