very welcoming and assisting staff , the best thing there actually are the staff , they give the best they have and make you feel like you're home . Location is great and the views are good for close areas , beach and sight seeing.

Communication between front desk and Spa and Food service. I received multiple calls from the Spa and kitchen saying that I haven't paid when I fact I paid for the Spa when I checked in and Dinner was complementary in my package. Further improvements are required in Service time. Took the staff more than 2 hours to get me an additional bed which was requested and confirmed before 2 weeks of our stay and received it after multiple calls to front desk.

1- Soundproofing, you could hear the noise of nearby room. 2- the balcony is not that much good (and the hotel internet will not reach there) 3- the building is old 4- a bit expensive compared to other hotels of the same type.

What the hotel lacks is the lack of musical events and activities

This is all nitpicking, but I am writing it to act as constructive feedback to the hotel team, because I love their hotel. Breakfast could have been a little better, with a bit more variety, especially in the cheese section. The hair dryer in the room was placed in a cabinet and the electric plug was almost impossible to find, perhaps an arrow sign with "HERE'S THE PLUG" could help. The place where you could plug it in in the bathroom was not compatible with the plug, only accepted shavers. So I had to dry my hair next to the Nespresso machine to have access to a visible plug. The air conditioning in the room was very powerful and I had to open the balcony door to balance the heat from time to time.

I had a great reception service. Mr. Inan greeted me personally at the gate. It was a late check in so they had all paperwork prepared and took me up to my room directly from the taxi. This was true luxury. The room was very spacious and comfy. All the members of the staff were extremely polite. The restaurant Sel & Miel had a great meal for the half board, top quality.

There is nothing to dislike about the place…PERFECT!!

it was an amazing luxury experience, from the moment you enter the lobby until the check out. The staff were super friendly especially those who work in the pool/sea area which you think the opposite since they are working in the heat, but still an amazing staff. secondly , I personally never go to the hotel’s gym, but there gym was clean, new, had refreshments and snacks which made the workout experiment perfect. lastly, the service was extremely good and very helpful with any inquiries that a customer may have.
