great hotel for a relaxing trip for family. Staff welcomes us and tried all their best to bring the best quality of service to us. Special thanks to Eddy team who fighted to get back the money which I got cheated by the uber driver. He tracked mobile record and hotel camera so in the end we saved our lost from the ilegal driver. This makes us feel really safe to stay here. Victor helped a lot on my luggage arrival and also very early morning when we needed to take our early flight. Seyyed team in restaurant always bring us warm welcome for breakfast and played with my son. Very nice private beach and swimming pool for spending nice time in summer. The shade from 3 oclock from the building to the pool also give us more time to play there in summer. TOP!

It was all wonderful.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and cabanas. A choice of great restaurants with lovely food options. Staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you, we were made to feel very welcome and special throughout our stay. Beautiful views and beach area at the back of the hotel and in a great location. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Valet service wasn’t good as we expected.. it took them to get our car around 30 minutes! & by the second time the totally forgot to get it .. when the valet is obligatory , I think they should improve that point.. however there is no self parking spaces!😅

I’ve never been in such a great hotel as the st.regis! I had the best service ever specially from the front desk staff they were excellent.. the room is cozy and spacious.. large pool and good beach.. the breakfast is perfect!! I can’t compare it to anywhere else!!! The staff is in everywhere, checking out what you need .. helping and guiding people 24/7 with beautiful smiles! Special thanks to Miss. Antoniette that she solved my issue and insured I’m feeling happy and satisfied.. she is awesome 🤍

The staff were exceptional at the St Regis. Ahmad at check in, Jenina at concierge, Nyasha for private reservations, Maria at Sarab Lounge, Gabriel at the door with his wonderful smile and Mauricio helping with our bags, alongside the staff and supervisor for private dining/room service. Thank you all for exceptional service and a wonderful stay. The hotel is stunning with all the amazing restaurants inside. We throughly enjoyed our meals at Opa, Bebabel, Riyasaat, Sarab Lounge and Huqqa. The facilities were great and the views were beautiful. It is a stunning hotel, which looks amazing during the day and more so in the evening when the building is lit up. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return!

I liked everything!

This property brought the glam to glamorous. from the incredible art work to the pool with the views into the sea. From the moment you pull into the entrance there is a wow factor you just don’t get everywhere.

the beach was closed for refurbishment but the hotel didn’t informed us before our arrival and neither at the arrival desk. we got a letter 2 days letters to explain ys that. the access to go down to the pool is not that convenient, they should probably study to create a better access. there ask to pass our personals bags through scanners every time we enter the hotel, it is not welcoming at all specially when you have a room in the hotel … the schedule of the watch boutique is not matching their opening hours

the hotel has a large and beautiful lobby. The room was very comfortable and the bed has a very qualitative mattress. there is a large pool and several restaurants. the breakfast offers a large choice and qualitative food. the welcome desk at the restaurant is very good, they remembered my name after my first visit and always welcome us with smile
