Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThere is no view really - you look on an empty terrace but that is not issue when staying only for 2 or 3 nights. Everything else was excellent.
Amazing Hotel Facilities with the best staff on-site who make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Special thanks to Michael and Robinson from the Lifeguard Team at the Pool for looking after their guests and providing them with cool bottled water at all times. Room Service Menu is fantastic and the rooms are just perfect. Much bigger than European and Australian Hotel Rooms.

All the staff from the reception, housekeeping, lifeguard, housekeeping were all very friendly! Special mention to Mouchine who made our check in smooth and easy. Nice pool area( wave pool, adult pool kiddie pool and indoor pool) with available towels and cold water. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with very attentive servers and chefs. Will definitely come back here soon!

QatarIssam at reception sent my wife to the wrong room, and didnt issue her with a key. There was no advance warning that outside beverages were not allowed inside, or that the hotel is smoke free - even though we are non-smokers these things should be informed in advance especially for international guests. I was injured by one of the rooms standard features, the first aid response could have been better, but I put it down to inexperience, and look forward to seeing the engineering change on my next visit.
I appreciated the extra effort the staff provided upon my arrival and before my wife arrived, the complimentary sweets, flowers and balloons was amazingly nice. Thank you to all the staff there that made our stay extra special, the personal touches and interactions are beyond that of other hotels in Doha.
