I order a transfer from the airport at night, but nobody came in time, so I had to wait for a car to arrive

The room was nice and clean even better than I ordered, close to the city centre, museums and airport. A lot of cafes and shops nearby, breakfast. I asked to add some water to the room and got extra bottles, thanks !

We were not very much impressed by the breakfast. One does not leave the restaurant hungry but I would rather say there is some space for improvement when it comes to the items available and how they are placed in the restaurant itself. It is not something to spoil the whole impression of hotel, it is certainly a subjective topic but still it could be further improved.

We liked the location of the hotel which is very close to a metro station, it is close to the old town and to the sea promenade, Corniche. We were greeted warmly and the check in process was fast and efficient. The team at reception was very polite. The room and the bathroom were both very well equipped and clean. The view from the room was nice. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and we had a good rest after having spent some time in the city and having walked quite a lot along the sea promenade.

The shower enclosures don’t properly seal so the floor gets wet. We stayed in 3 different rooms all had the same issue. Staff try to address but issue persist. Won’t dissuade a future visit.

The hotel is well-maintained, we got extremely spacious room (i think it was suite). The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the location is central, close to the promenade and Souk Wakif. The staff was very helpful.

I picked this place because of the great breakfast review, but having tried the breakfast buffet and two dinners, I really didn’t enjoy the food. Also, the rugs in the room had a strong smell of BO and I couldn’t get rid of the smell even when opening the windows.

The staff were so nice and friendly and the room was comfortable! I love how the staff noticed how much water I drink and left extra.

Just a view of the very close building next door, but that didn't matter for what I paid (four nights 1260 QAR). No hotel bar so I had to visit nearby more swanky hotels with my passport to meet that need. Hint: the Irish Bar is truly awful... don't waste your time unless, like me, you NEED Guinness!

Close to Hamad airport... taxi fee was small (42 QAR). Room was large. Hi tech electrical for lighting used even for setting your room as available to clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good aircon. A kettle with english breakfast tea, but no milk. Easy walk to Souq Metro and in fact I walked there with luggage to get the Metro back to the airport (just 6 QAR). Easy access to old town attractions. Breakfast varied and plentiful with a restful atmosphere. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was basic. There was a big leak in the shower and made bathroom very wet.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk distance to the souq and corniche. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though we were late they checked us in very quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy.
