A great view from the hotel rooms that we have been (cool corner suite, WOW suite,witty residencial room) is a delight to see each morning we wake up.i would also like to mention about the staff who stay at the entrance who makes sure that we do not have to take the trouble of going downstairs to collect any food that we ordered from talabat, infact there was a instance when the talabat delivery person asked us to come down to collect the order and as my wife went down one of the staff who works at the entrance of the hotel made sure that she went back upstairs and relaxed while he did the work of collecting the parcel and get it to our room

A beautiful time to spend the eid holidays, despite being a resident of Qatar and being someone who have enjoyed to travel and likes to enjoy a hotel environment,this is the first time that we have stayed for a long period of 2 weeks in a hotel in Qatar and have been very happy with the consistent good ways of treating us to ensure that we have a great stay.

The WOW suite which was provided as a upgrade and despite the frequent extension,the staff at the check in counter, specially Mr.Tariq helped us to stay in the same room which made it very comfortable for us.The housekeeping team did a great job in providing with their facilities and making sure that all our needs were met.A slight suggestion though ai would like to put in here is about the timing for the housekeeping,since they would come during the afternoon which would be a resting time ,so preferably if that would be kept during the morning hours it would have been wonderful.Butt despite the hours everyone,be the check in counter staff or the staff at the restaurant and the housekeeping team,served us with a pleasant face which is a good sight.

A perfect location with a luxurious stay is how I would like to put it.The staffs were very helpful from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay.We enjoyed different varieties of room starting from the cool corner suite to the WOW suite,(instead of the W1 suite which was our second booking as we extended our stay ),which was given to us as a upgrade by Mr.Tariq who provided us the WOW suite ,which gave us a opportunity to enjoy a more spacious place to be in with the staffs ready to help with any of our requirements at anytime during the day or even night.It certainly has been a memorable stay for us.

Nice hotel, very collaborative stuff. They upgraded my reservation for free. The entrance of the hotel is always crowded, there is a very limited parking slots for self parking (its hard to find an available one). The breakfast restaurant is very crowded. The air conditioning in the sleeping room is not functioning properly.

The pool area is the downside of this hotel: it's small, basically serves kids but not attractive at all for adults. We saw only chairs and couches available, no sun loungers for a simple reason: it was poorly designed and positioned, surrounded by walls and buildings, making impossible to enjoy the sun. The Italian restaurant is overpriced.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, with easy access to the beach. Breakfast is excellent, with a good variety in both the buffet and a la carte options. The room was cozy and spacious, very comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at the W hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. However, breakfast restaurants were a bit small and quite busy, which made it a little challenging to find a seat at times but the hotel does inform guests on busy breakfast timings & alternative timings. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was fantastic. The hotel was not only clean but also incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always made sure I felt welcomed and at ease. I did have a minor issue with a taxi driver during my stay, but I was truly impressed by how the hotel team handled the situation. They stood in for me, took immediate action, and worked quickly to resolve the issue. What really stood out was how they kept checking in on me afterward to make sure I was okay, which made me feel valued and cared for. The breakfast buffet was also incredible—such a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

The only thing we had to ask for was a spare bed for our 5 yr old as it seemed he was expected to sleep in our double but they brought one up straight away and it was super comfy.

The service, rooms, pool and breakfast is fantastic. The staff were very welcoming day and night. They even remembered us when we came back to collect our bags from storage.

Lovely hotel….great room….helpful and friendly staff. Only gripe I do have is that the cleaning staff came at 1pm when I wanted to come back to the room before my next excursion and rest. The cleaner said he would come back after 15 mins which was not enough time to relax in the room.

Great location, near the Doha sand beach, and shopping centre with metro station, and Corniche promenade, excellent hotel service, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, great choice for everyone, pool and sauna and the acces to the beach club Doha sands included, no extra charges, clean and large room with nice view. Warm welcome from reception and they allowed us late checkout without extra charge and we would like to thank especially to Mrs. Mae from W cafe for lovely service... The best hotel we have ever been in. Thank you
