During our stay nothing needed to be improved. Everything was excellent.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room amenities were excellent—everything we needed was provided and well-maintained. The rooftop pool was a real highlight. We would love to come back!

We liked everything.

Staff was very good, every delivery was brought to the room. We were staying for 6 nights in total and one day youth football team checked in and they were very loud, but manager changed room for us that we can stay without any noise. Gym is small, but has medical balls, dumbbells, exercise machines. Breakfast has many options, coffee from machine. Bed in the room is big and comfortable.

No window in the room, corridor and room carpets need to be washed. A prayer mat was missing in the room

Great location, Hamad Hospital metro is literally 5min walk and easy to get out to main part of town. Nice rooftop pool to relax and really good breakfast buffet. Lulu shop near the metro also allows you to buy what you need if you wanted snacks or emergency toiletries. Bed was a bit soft but everyone's different. All in all good value for money.

There was music noise late in the night.

The hotel location is close to a metro station which was a good option for transportation to reach intended destination during major events that causes heavy traffic or roads blockage. The breakfast was nice with variety of options. We didn't use other hotels facilities because of short visit.

I think the only thing I missed out on was the steam room. In my 6 days of stay the steam room wasnot working for 3 days & engineer kept coming in & out however it still wasnot working. I think that needed to be looked at!!!

The hotel is located at a close vicinity to major tourist attractions and places at about 10-12 mins. The rooms are very nice, with an arab feel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast is also nice and Rose-one of the ladies at the breakfast area she is very sweet and looks after you really well. I liked the swimming area, its a nice place to relax and you can enjoy a hot tub with music too. The spa is also well kept and clean. Shawkri-the manager was very helpful and kind to give me the room on 7th floor and my room opened in the spa which was such a convenient thing! The house keeping is also very quick and they have a pillow menu too which I really enjoyed! Overall it is a very good value for money.

The only small problem we had was ,our safety deposit box battery was low so we didn't use it ,but rang down to reception to see if someone cloud look at it for us ,someone said they would ring us back but never did. This was the only tiny problem.

The location was brilliant ,the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing, beautiful modern room and hotel. The roof top pool along with a jacuzzi was so relaxing and very clean, it was very well managed by a lovely security guard and also had a life guard. The hotel also had a gym.

Airport shuttle - terrible experience! We booked airport shuttle via the hotel reception. The driver drove like crazy, 140km/h in an urban area. When there were traffic ahead, he waved car lights and drove just 1meter behind next car. Especially, when we had infant without infant seat, I cannot recommend this anyone.

The location is excellent, and it's very reasonable priced relative to the exquisite service provided. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food and all were very tasty.

The service at the hotel is pretty excellent. Very close to metro Hamad Hospital and easily accessible. The staff are highly professional and special recognition to Rani and John.
