The nearest Metro station is the DECC, but it is not very close to the hotel. Taxis are reasonably priced though. We would not stay in West Bay again. We would choose the Corniche area next time because there is more going on there and it's closer to Souq Waqif. The room was large with nice views but a little dated and the shower floor needs attention. It constantly flooded. The restaurant food was good but not great, we preferred to eat out and skipped a breakfast and an evening meal despite having booked half board for 4 nights.

The staff were very polite and accommodating (especially at breakfast). We thought they were exceptional, the best thing about the hotel. There is a good gym but the pool closes a bit early we wanted to use it in the early evening (after a day sightseeing) and it was closed.

Everything was impecable! I loved the large rooms, super comfy beds, varied amenities, nice views, nice location (across the beach and centrally located), and very friendly and professional staff. The pool and jacuzzi are really nice!

These are minor details that didn’t ruin the experience, but could be improved: • Dirty windows made it harder to enjoy the beautiful view. • Weak water pressure in the handheld shower (though the rain shower and bathtub shower were fine). • Water leaked onto the bathroom floor while showering, despite the glass partition and borders. • Jacuzzi was warm, but the massage function didn’t work. • Saunas were mostly turned off and unavailable.

• Excellent location – close to everything you might need, with easy access to local attractions. • Breathtaking views – especially the panoramic sea view, which creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. • Outstanding breakfast – varied, fresh, and very delicious; one of the best we’ve had in hotels. • Attentive and friendly staff – always ready to help and genuinely care about guests’ comfort. • Great service overall – smooth check-in/check-out, quick responses to any requests. • Modern renovation – the rooms are stylish, clean, and well-maintained. • Good infrastructure – elevators, pool, fitness area, and spa zone are all available. • Comfortable bed and quiet room – ideal for a restful stay. • Access to a private beach – with free sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels, making beach days very convenient and enjoyable.

Cleanliness of window facade, it was pretty dirty on the outside.

The property is located in a central upscale part of the town, transfers to the airport take around 20 minutes with cabs available all around the clock. The staff were very courteous (10/10) and were very accommodative for an early check in. The rooms are mint new, food was also delectable. Overall a very recommended option to stay.

Steam room not working, jacuzzi didn’t have bubbles (just a big bath), no cushions on outdoor seating areas.

I didn’t get to use the pool so I cannot comment on that and the jacuzzi was out of order at the time. Tip The guests are more conservative here so dress more modestly here or you will stand out.

Beautiful hotel I was upgraded to a beautiful high floor sea view which I loved looking out to in the morning. This is a place to visit in Qatar with its own private beach. It was beautiful and sandy and nice shallow water and easy to get a sun bed which makes a change! In terms of the hotel -breakfast was my favourite. You can have different eggs to order, lots of fresh bakery items the little pancakes and chocolate fountain at breakfast was extravagant. Very busy but always a table. I particularly enjoyed using the spa facilities for different style massages. I also like that we were about 10 mins walk from the nearest shopping mall which has decent shops.

It’s clean , modern and food was very good. Breakfast buffet and evening buffet for ramadan had plenty of choices. Pool small but adequate. Towels provided, beach fine towels also provided. Lovely big room with a great view. Very comfortable bed with choice of pillows.

Some finishing touches in the room looked a bit rushed, probably explained by pressure to complete the hotel in time for the World cup. My guess is that this is no dissimilar from other hotels completed around the same time.

Good location within Doha, direct access to the beach (just across the street), large bedroom, nice sea view, well equipped gym, outstanding breakfast buffet with lots of choices, both sweet and savoury. I notably liked the florentine eggs (and the egg station manned by Patrick), Manakish, labné and the delicious saffron ice cream.

The hotel is well located, with the beach just across the road. Guests receive free beach vouchers. The beach is clean. A large mall is only a 5-minute walk away. Spacious rooms, clean and pleasant. Friendly staff, and the breakfast is outstanding. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Getting a cup of coffee at breakfast was always really slow as its made fresh for the whole restaurant. A coffee machine that you could serve yourself would be a great advantage.

Hotel was across the road from beach and easy walking distance to The Mall. Bedroom was a good size and kept spotlessly clean, nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and large towels. Breakfast had a lot of choices and table clearance quick.

The service was exceptional, the staff was amazing. The free access to the beach, which is just opposite was a big plus as beaches are not everywhere in Doha and not for free. The sauna, the fitness area was nice and new. The breakfast was great, selection was quite good. The value for money is as well very good.
